Costa Coffee in West Lothian

I'm a huge fan of Costa and have always bought my coffee there. Unfortunately this particular branch is not my favourite. My coffee always seem weak and the milk seems to be watered down- management needs to look into this! Food items are up to standard.

Some staff lack customer service skills.The female barista taking the order was more interested in having a giggle with her colleague/friend than serving the customers. This type of unprofessional attitude puts you off going in. This resulted in poor communication.Despite this, the coffee was very good and the barista who made it remained professional throughout.

Friendly younger girl served me. She was polite and made my drink just how i liked it tables were cleared which is a bonus. I think they do click and collect and deliveroo as i saw people collect .so thats good

No different to any other coffee establishments I have visited. Staff very pleasant but a bit slow and although I asked for my coffee extra hot it was only warm due to it being put into a cold cup.

Was a plenty experience, staff seemed genuine. Selection of products is not massive, but it's a quiet store, so wouldn't expect anything more. Clean and tidy.

Big enough branch, have used it before but today, wasn't that busy, they had to supply my large sit in coffee in a take away cup because they only had 1 sit in large cup available that was clean and not being used and I wanted 2 large coffees. Come on Costa if you can charge £3.50+ for a coffee you can afford more than a couple of large cups! Poor, poor, poor.

Lovely coffee and toasties. Clean and tidy. Staff very efficient. Unfortunately I had to wait 20 minutes to be served as there was only one service till open.

Coffee was fantastic today. Hadn't had a Costa in two years due to Covid and being stuck in France wanted to order a 2nd flat white it was so good. Service was great really helpful finding us a highchair.

Wonderful place to relax with friends, with a nice cup of tea and a cake. Very clean coffee shop. Staff very helpful, carried my tray to the table for me as I had lots if shopping bags.

If you want a coffee then you are in one of the best ☕ staff are quick and helpful cakes and buns are lovely if you also want a bleather unfortunately you have to put up with the music from the centres sound system it can be difficult to hear if you have hearing aids.
