Costa Coffee in West Lothian

It was quiet when I arrived in the morning. It was clean and tidy. I was served quickly and my coffee (Cortado) was good. No issues and will return.

Great service, friendly staff, clean and tidy. Good selection of things to eat.

Alright. Bit dearer than I would've liked but a decent cuppa coffee there. (Just watch out for the huge cup and saucer. Apparently if you dont balance the cup exactly in the centre of the saucer it falls over....Who knew 🤷‍♂️😁👍

The floor was cleaner than the chairs here today at 11.00am by the look of the crumbs here. They have not been clean for a long time...disgusting and in todays environment need sorted out. This was in Livingston shopping centre.

Just got cake and tea .lady serving was really nice and friendly .All the staff are great .Go there a lot as not too expensive when just want tea and a cake

Some staff lack customer service skills.The female barista taking the order was more interested in having a giggle with her colleague/friend than serving the customers. This type of unprofessional attitude puts you off going in. This resulted in poor communication.Despite this, the coffee was very good and the barista who made it remained professional throughout.

I'm a huge fan of Costa and have always bought my coffee there. Unfortunately this particular branch is not my favourite. My coffee always seem weak and the milk seems to be watered down- management needs to look into this! Food items are up to standard.

Friendly younger girl served me. She was polite and made my drink just how i liked it tables were cleared which is a bonus. I think they do click and collect and deliveroo as i saw people collect .so thats good

No different to any other coffee establishments I have visited. Staff very pleasant but a bit slow and although I asked for my coffee extra hot it was only warm due to it being put into a cold cup.
