Shut when they like. 1am on google, shut at 11.30 because they couldnt be arsed. Food always cold upon collection. Avoid this place

Worst takeaway, food was cold, grease everywhere, kebabs were cold abd pizza was stale

This is shocking service waited 2 and a half hours for our food for it only to arrive with moldy lettuce and covered in sauce which i never asked for also half my order was missing!! No one at the restraunt would answer any calls all in all it's disgusting service!!!

I got an takeaway from there which was lovely and delicious along wonderful manger and staff I will definitely go back there again

Absolutely rotten some polish girl making pizzas think she is on a bonus for putting as little toppings ON as possible wont be back would rather get a pizza from farmfoods for 99p more toppings and £10 cheaper AVOID AVOID

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered food and waited 30 minutes which is reasonable, the food then came cold and soggy with the cardboard boxes being so wet they were ripping. Called back and they said they'd send fresh food and collect the old food, after waiting for over half an hour we tried calling back and there was no answer. We then realised the place shut at 12 and it was 12:05 so clearly they just decided to not bring new food. Now they still aren't answering and we can't get money back. Absolute joke, do not order.

Food is usually of a great standard. However after choosing the delivery option (we usually collect), it's safe to say I would highly recommend not to use the delivery option. The dips that were in a bag with the box of chicken pakora had leaked/opened in the bag, resulting in the pakora being soggy and stuck to the box. They have said they will send another portion, but this means everyone will have to eat seperately. We also waited over an hour for the order to come in this state.

Its a hit or a miss because its different staff all the time and the management centre at falkirk should be checked by the police and dont go there alone take a witness you may need one. You will not stress will NOT be welcomed

Don't like leaving 1 star reviews, but it has come to the point where i have too. All i'm going to say is food is excellent, but the customer service is useless. How many orders do they mess up? How many times do you need to repeat yourself when phoning in an order? How many times have they blamed you for their mistake? Too many times.

Food is great! However when ordering the food using the phone and them saying it will be 20 minutes I don't expect to have to wait a further 35 minutes in store to then have to complain and embarrass them in front of other customers. What really was annoying was that people ordered their food after us and their food was ready before mines.
