Nice tasty food. The order was served really quick. They personalized the dish, when we requested them to make it a tad spicy. Quite happy with the taste, as my wife and daughter as well. Will definitely go again.

Not used Dragon House for a couple of years as they had gotten successive orders badly wrong but heard they were under new management and wanted to give them another chance, wish I hadn't bothered.Ordered through Scoffable at 1811 with a 50 minute delivery time, this was updated to an hour by Dragon House almost immediately. It's a Saturday night so fine, realise it's busy.90 minutes later and no food so I call them up and they are very apologetic, can see my order slip and it's out with a driver and will be with me soon. Great.Another 30 minutes pass, there is no way it would take that long to deliver so fire off a complaint to Scoffable asking for a refund which they process after finding out that there had been a "mix-up with my order" at Dragon House and not only was it not out for delivery, it hasn't even been made.Manager offered to have it made and delivered himself but didn't fancy an additional hour wait for it.So I can't review the food as they never made it. Make of that what you will. Bit of a shambles really. Won't be back.

First time ordering from this place NEVER AGAIN I don’t rate this place at all. Waited 2 hours and 20mins 3 phone calls after 1hr 20min and constantly told 15 mins then 5 mins then they are just going to start cooking the meals after 2 hours then when I requested refund they said it was going out door with driver. Still no refund or meals. AVOID THIS PLACE person on phone was an Arrogant tosser as well which made it worse.

Absolute joke of a place, never ordered from here before and never will again, 1 hour 20 minutes for a delivery that that arrived stone cold. After tasting it i would say you could pick up a better tasting curry from Asda!! If you like your food on time and hot, find somewhere else because this pig sty should be shut down!!

Possibly the worst Chinese takeaway in West Lothian; avoid at all costs! We waited 1.5 hours for delivery and the food never arrived. We rang several times but no one answered the first 4 calls. Eventually after speaking with someone who didn't have a care in the world about customer service, we then had to drive over to the place ourselves to collect our food! Our food was collected cold! Absolutely appalling considering the delivery charge. Order from somewhere else!
