Frankie & Benny's New York Italian Restaurant & Bar - Livingston in West Lothian

Been in Scotland for 2 weeks on holiday, and been here 3 times! Not something I usually do, but the friendly staff and lovely food made me return. I’m trying to eat healthy, even on holiday so opted for their salads. Fresh ingredients, and they served the dressing on the side, so I could have what I wanted. Great value for money.

Overpriced unfortunately for the quality of the food. As good as the meal was, it didn't come with all advertised sides.. ribs with corn, chips and 'slaw unfortunately was missing the coleslaw. Friendly enough staff, didn't have to wait. Just shame about the food.

Great food and a generally good environment. Staff are attentive, polite and efficient. Tables are clean and staff quick to clear and clean empty tables. Never seen a queue but most book in advance and this is advisable to avoid disappointment. Avoid table 1, this is attached to the entrance door (silly place for a table) the door slamming continuously when people enter and exit will drive you insane.

Fantastic experience here today. Emma our waitress was amazing and went above and beyond which meant we had the best day. 1st restaurant experience since lockdown and Emma made this so easy for us. Clean restaurant, food amazing, staff fantastic! Will definitely be back 😃

Honestly nicest frankie and bennys I've been to! The lady with the flowery top not sure if she was the manager was amazing at her job ! Little extra touches like making sure had space for the pram giving us extra time etc to order as we had a 4 week old baby to deal with also. Asking if we wanted food back under hot plate as my partner was feeding baby when it came out. Lovely staff, atmosphere and yummy food. Thanks for a relaxing and enjoyable evening x

I had a great lunch here this week, 3 courses from the lunch menu for £13 . Great value, good menu choice and everything tasted amazing. Service was good and the staff were very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend here for a great meal out

Amazing food. Fab fast service nothing too much hassle. Can say for sure we will be back. Good choices on gluten free and vegan menu

Had another great meal at Frankie and Benny’s Livingston last weekend. The food was great as always but just can’t praise the service enough. Everyone is so friendly and efficient.

We had dinner here on Sunday, we were served my Emma. She was absolutely lovely and nothing was a bother to her. Good family meal had 😄

Could sing the praises of this specific frankie and bennys all day, best service (especially from Monica) always remembers exactly what we order and let’s us blether the ears off her every visit. The kind of service I like is friendly and willingness to chat and gets the orders right every time :) the rest of the gang is always welcoming. Then the chefs well foods always on point can’t fault a meal from there we always enjoy. So keep up the good work guys best F&Bs out and we have tried a few haha! ❤️❤️
