Great Wall in West Lothian

Tried ordering via just eat. Made a simple request to change the peking sauce to black bean sauce with my crispy beef. Was called and told it isn’t possible.Customer service at its worst. Will never use this takeaway again.

Had a lovely carry out. Food very good, spring rolls crispy and tasty. Salt and chilli chips the best I have had in ages.

Absolute joke took 2 hours to come and when I called to see where it was the guy in the phone was so rude said it’s just getting made and told me it’s fine, never be ordering again.

Don't order from them, first time phoning an order and took 2 hrs 30mins to come.I phoned twice and first time they said half an hour even though we had been waiting 1hr 30mins.I won't be ordering from them again.

I am so angry. We have been regular customers here for a long time. We ordered our usual, it arrived two hours later: overcooked, cold, over salted, watery and just so disappointing. I can accept all of that, everybody has an off day. What has left me utterly disgusted is the joke of customer service we received. As soon as we realised the food was cold we called and explained the situation. I didn't expect much in the way of rectification, but the woman I spoke to on the first call was dismissive and said a manager would call us back. This all happened yesterday and after getting sick of waiting we called them back. Only to be screamed at by the most ignorant woman I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with, then hung up on. We called back only to be shouted at by another staff member, who horrifyingly idetified himself as the boss, I sincerely hope he was lying. I am appalled and can promise not I, nor any friend of mine, will ever be eating from this joke of a dumpster fire again.

Ordered food at quarter to 11 through just eat said up to an hr an it never even came shut by then no help from just eat said on route in route to were certainly not mine. Trying to get a refund no be any time soon crisps for my dinner then.

One of our favorite Chinese. Can't recommend everything as never tried 50% of the stuff that's offered. Lovely duck dishes, crispy chicken, tasty sauces and fresh veges used. also the best fries around

Ordered a wee anniversary treat form here this week. Quoted 1 hour 10 minutes delivery and it took 1 hour 45 mins.When it did turn up the order was incorrect and the chips were inedible. They were rubbery and overcooked.Raised this with Scoffable and got a cheeky response about coming back to inspect the food much later in the evening.I took pictures and sent them.Atrocious that after ordering many meals on scoffable, Great Wall deemed us untrustworthy.A shocking customer service and experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Delivery driver couldn't find our address that we haven't had had a problem with before. Driver rang us and I give very clear directions. Called the main shop and asked for an update. They said they would call back but didn't. Called them again and they said we would have to order again as they had refunded us as they couldn't find the address. We regularly get take aways and this has never been as issue.
