Greggs in West Lothian

Will not be ordering again from here.Reason order was placed through Just Eat but cancelled by the shop.Why allow you to place and then pay for an order if they are only going to cancel it.

Dissapointed in the service I received today last 2 orders I have placed have been missing items which meant someone has to go without food, I picked up missing items last week however today I was not in the area to pick up missing items and was told they would not be sent as I'd need to pay another delivery fee which I refused as I already paid for delivery have had a refund from just eat and also complained about the service it's not my fault they didn't pack my items correctly so I don't see why people should be charged another delivery fee for Gregg's mistakes.

A thought the bag charge was for plastic?. Plus it used to be 5p, a just got charged 10p for a paper bag 🤔🤔🤬🤬

What can I say , four hot sausage rolls straight out the oven at 6.30am after a nightshift ...absolutely delicious 😋I didn't eat the four BTW 😂

Greggs is always going to be my top rated for reasons i will explain nowthe sausage rolls are always perfect and stay warm for long periods of time.And the snacks are really good also the drink range is perfectAnd the best for last. The desertsThe donuts especially they are always perfectWill always 1000% recommend 😁

Not as good as they used to be. Recipe changed for pies and sausage rolls pastry terrible

Visit this Gregg's almost daily due to working in the area. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Probably why I always choose here rather than other places
