Good amount of choice and lots of the food had lots of flavour and was fresh.Nice fresh grill made to order.Good amount of sushi options.Less popular dishes (vegetarian and a few of the fish dishes) seem to not get refreshed and sat for a long time so where not pleasant. Not many but a couple dishes where very bland and lacked flavour at all.Deserts could be better?Sunday lunch buffet is probably well over priced. 40 pounds for 2 people.. 20 pound a head (Inc refillable drinks) is on the expensive side.. considering its lunch time.

3rd time visiting here, everything runs smoothly, the food is good and cooked well. Flavours are nice. Pricing is fair. Covid rules are enforced well, keeping people safe. It's very convenient right at the entrance to the Outlet. Staff are attentive and are always close by, if you need something. On this occasion, we went during the lunch hours. I was slightly disappointed not to see more variation, I do concede that there would be less at lunch, I just think they choice of food they leave for lunch is bit disappointing, I'd prefer other things they do have for dinner menu. Nevertheless, always a good experience here.

Mothers' day treat. Kids chose the venue. Their favourite restaurant. Always an enjoyable experience and decent food. Staff attentive in clearing plates when finished. Massive thanks to the Teppanyaki chef. My girls love him and he is always generous in demonstrating his skills for them.

What a place ! Went there with my partner and firstly the staff there were brilliant couldn't have been made more welcome. Then the food Was superb. An absolutely huge variety of dishes to choose from I don't think I got near trying everything but what I did was fantastic. We got the lunch meal £10.99pp buffet and was well worth it. Well recommended!

Had the lunch buffet which was amazing and very enjoyable. Felt safe with masks worn and plastic gloves on when at buffet good value for money. Only problem was ice cream machine not working. Small tub of ice cream out but it was brick hard and I could not scoop it out. I also noticed the chocolate fountain was not there but understand both the ice cream machine and chocolate fountain could be off the menu due to covid

Decent and reasonably-sized local buffet in Livingston. Good selection of Chinese and Indian cuisines, plus desserts. Well-priced and lovely staff.

We love dining out at Hot Flame, the staff are exceptionally lovely, the service is great and the quality of food is great. You are never made to feel you've stayed longer than you should and they have their usual choice of dishes but then there are always different choices to try too.

Finally I found a restaurant with authentic taste in Scotland.Offering a buffet meal with various kinds of foods and deserts at the price of £16.99. In my opinion it's much worth for that money. Location- Ground floor, Designer outlet, Livingston.

Got into the establishment for a table of 6 without any issues. Waiting staff were quite nice. Issues only arose once I tried the food. Almost everything is heavily salted. All the chicken is bland, smothered in colouring and lacks any flavour what so ever. The curries ? Drenched in oil, Chickpeas, Overcooked. How is that even possible !?I went around the establishment to try and find something edible, but no, nothing was great. The selection of food for a buffet isn't that large, so you would expect better quality. Not the case here.If you are after good and tasteful food. Just go to a restaurant. If you can stomach anything and just wanna fill up. Go for this place.I paid my £64 for my party and left to find something decent to eat

Seen a lot of people waiting to get into hot flame. So we decided to try it out. Big mistake this was the worst buffet I have ever been too. Beef in black bean sauce was so tough. I thought it was a sole from a shoe. The korma was also tough and dry. Pakora and chips and pizza was OK. But for £28 it wasn't good value. And better food can be bought at the centre. We won't return & wouldn't recommend... Awful
