House Of Spice in West Lothian

Just can’t phathom how it takes over an hour to deliver 1 shish kebab midweek in the same town 😂 next time I want a quick bite will just make something if it takes this long 😴

Have used this place numerous times and not had any issues until today. Terrible experience, ordered a meal totalling £39 and I was charged twice! Not willing to help, wouldn’t answer phone. Attempting a chargeback. Won’t be back! I’d avoid! WON’T BE BACK!

I was a regualar customer until today ordered a king kebab with nan and chips for it to arrive cold an hour an forty minutes later I then asked for a new nan and chips which when arrived the person knocked once and left the food sitting outside absolutely went down hill disgraceful service unfortunate as good was nice shame you have lost a loyal customer

They cancell orders last minute online when they should have closed on the service. Have no customer care what so ever.

Wouldn't even give it 1 star. Went a 5 mile trip as this place had been highly recommended from friend only to go and order a mixed kebab to takeaway to get all the way home to discover I'd been given a box meat with no pitta bread or salad.. So I phoned them up to explain to be told they have given me it already so basically accusing me of lying over a 60p pitta bread no apology or anything and said we will give you discount next time. Quite sure there will be a next time!! The staff where so rude aswell. I would AVOID this place!!!!

Absolutely terrible. They are situated in Broxburn we are in Uphall, when it got here it was stone cold! Had to reheat in the oven. We always order from house of spice but my goodness guys, up your game!!!!!! Last few orders something has been incorrect but we have never complained until now. 😕

Great place, best double cheeseburger and chips I ever had, is the only thing I order it from over 2 years ago. Highly recommend. Great people.

Have used this place for years and the goods they serve is of good quality and not expensive and the staff are great have never had a problem with any food allergys we have in family they will take out with no problems.

Ordered on Just Eat at 19:45, phoned at 20:45 to see where it was, rudely told "it's being made, 5 or 6 minutes" then the guy hung up.Only ordered two boxes of chips and cheese.If I hadn't paid by debit card they'd be ignored when they finally come with my order. Won't be ordering from them again.
