KFC Livingston in West Lothian

Had to constantly ask for salt then napkins then a fork . These items should come or be available automatically when meal is served. Food was ok although gravy was only lukewarm. 3/10 from me.

What a dirty place. Tables,floor and toilets disgusting. I do not normally destroy a place but KFC must do something about this whether it's one of theirs or a franchise, it brings the whole group down. The worst thing it was not busy so there is no excuse.

Never order for delivery, given them over 3 chances ordering on just eat, every single time everything comes completely cold, waste of money, ruined dinner, and then having to sort something else, only live down the road, could understand if I lived miles away but I don't. They are okay in store, but their delivery is just a scam, and good luck trying to get any help their customer service is non existent as they don't answer the phone even if you ring for 40 minutes solid

Waited 35min before going up to ask where my order is and they forgot about it and did not even apologise after getting the food 5min later. The food was cold and did not get our sauces or the correct sides I was meant to get mashed potatoes but instead got corn which I do not like. I wouldn’t have minded if they apologised but they didn’t so I’m very unhappy with the service it also wasn’t that busy.

Worst kfc experience to date. Went in to the restaurant to multiple dirty tables which hadn’t even had the food trays removed. Ordered through the self service screens and waited to collect my order. My order showed up to collect but my number was never called out by staff for me to collect it as it hadn’t been made up and I then had to ask staff myself to get my order which they then had to check the system for because they had cleared the order from the order screen. I then went to sit in the upstairs seating area as the downstairs on didn’t have any clean tables to be greeted by toilets which you could smell throughout the whole dinning area and more dirty tables. During our time there another customer also changed their young child’s nappy on the dinning area tables because the nappy change area was out of order meaning that if anyone was to sit there and eat their food after they had gone there would be so much cross-contamination. The staff during the time of my visit we’re very lazy and chatting amongst themselves ( this included the shift manager) rather than cleaning up the restaurant or restocking the straw and napkin area . The food was good as always but the service and hygiene of the restaurant was very disappointing. I will not be eating at this store again.

Was alright, we drove 40 minutes to get our KFC craving .. it was over cooked , forgot my dipped bites (but we went through drive through again to get them) .. made.my heart sad.. but will def give them another chance... You can't just wrote KFC off... That's good for the Gods

Literally always slow and you never get the correct order despite paying for it. Do not recommend, just go somewhere else or make your own food. It’s less stressful than going here. The staff are never interested either and normally have arguments with each other in front of the customers. I hate to think how hygienic their kitchen is if this is how their staff behave.

Usually order from the livi KfC and 9/10 it’s ok but lately the orders have been constantly wrong. Missing items and when I call up all they can say is to contact just eat, it’s not just eats problem it’s their problem as they are the ones who pack it. The driver just delivers it. Will not be ordering ever again and will definitely be letting everyone I know how they are and how bad their service is.

No complaints when it comes to food, staff and overall experience. It is however not exceptional in any of these departments. Happy to stop by every now and then for some nice chicken

My first time ever having a KFC, the burger I had was tasty and fresh, the sweetcorn was juicy and had a handy stick to hold itand the drink was orange and fizzy. Unfortunately the lid on the drink was incorrect and did not fit well which could have been a disaster in the car.Very fast efficient service via the drive through lots of free parking spaces.
