Wonderful, authentic, friendly and accommodating Italian restaurant. We called out of the blue on a December Friday night and took 2 fussy children. They adapted their menu, which was already large, and we all enjoyed a really relaxed and tasty meal. Proper Italian food

Been years since I was here last and even then it was under different ownership and this visit blew us all away. From taking our booking right throughout our whole experience was first class. The food was terrific as was the service and friendliness of the staff and the portions very generous and reasonably priced. Our friends from London loved it and we will definitely be back 👏

Selecting a restaurant for our anniversary dinner, we couldn't go past La Salute in West Calder.Antonio and his staff make you feel welcome anytime, but when they heard the reason for the visit, they were so hospitable and fussed over my wife.They have an enviable variety of specials every week and I chose the Stone bass fish, which was delicious.Just a lovely evening from a friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working team.Many thanks for a memorable night.
