La Capanna in West Lothian

Everything was great but would prefer if youse cut the pizzas before sending them out

Chicken and chips were spot on 👍🏻 and my wife’s fish was like a whale 🐳 They also had lots of gluten free options for my sister in law. You wouldn’t be able to tell the difference in the taste . The pizza was good

Have never had any issues before tonight but it is boxing day so will give benefit of doubt. Over 1hr50mins for food to be delivered, food had travelled many miles around West Lothian before reaching us. Food was pretty cold but tasty with exception of the mixed kebab.

This take away was the best place in Livingston for pizzas kebabs it's went seriously down hill. Last three times I had a mixed kebab the meat was dry and inedible the pittas were sour.Recently had a pizza and the dough to the toppings were cheap and nasty no care went into making it, it wasn't like pizza dough it was more like a flat bread. The tomato base had no garlic or basil in it, the mozzarella was watery, not great. I have been a customer since it opened over 20 years ago unfortunately I won't be back.

Popped in and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, sadly, it was very undercooked, so I called the shop and was asked to return the burger and they would make another one. Son went down picked the newly cooked burger up after a bit of reluctance from the guy who cooked it saying he had checked it and it was fine, to get home, take a bite, and it was worse than the 1st one! Straight in the bin 😭Used la capanna for years but will definitely not be ordering from the grill again

La Capanna used to be the best takeaway around in the area for kebabs. However the last couple of times I have ordered a doner kebab it has been disgusting the smell and grease wouldn’t recommend it.

Ordered a chicken supper tonight, very fast delivery, food nice and hot but the chip part of the supper was disappointing and not for the first time - most of the chips were thin, hard and inedible for a person of my age - I expect to get what I pay for and on this occasion like the last couple of orders I have been short changed, I will be having a word with them, 😠. My latest order from La Cappana was back to their usual high standard, the food was delicious, thank you James

Ordered for delivery at 5pm came at 4.15pm..Lasagne was dry and tasteless not the best..feel it has been lying for a wee while. What has happened to this place? Food used to be fab.... Don't think Ill be ordering again.

Great takeaway. Very good choice of pizza, kebabs, pastas and a superb chip shop. Plenty of staff serving so you get served very quickly. Would highly recommend

Called to clear up a mix up with an order and try to resolve, spoke with a lovely lady who offered to pass me across to the owner, the owner came on the phone, did not let me say one word, instead used profanity and shouted down the phone without letting me get a word in, before hanging up. Had he took the time to look at the previous orders for the addresses he would have seen that we have been loyal and regular customers for years, and this was the first time we’ve had to call to clear things up. I couldn’t believe it the way he spoke to me without any provocation and the way he handled the scenario.
