Mcdonald's Restaurants in West Lothian

Food was not warm let alone hot. However with a hungry child just back from A&E we munched our way through the meal. I know I should have complained but it was really busy and not worth waiting another potential 15 min for replacement food.

My motto: There is no improvement without complaint. If you are going to drive through, be prepared to wait 30 minutes. Then they will ask you to park and wait. Halooooo !!!! This is a drive through and not a drive through and wait in the parking lot. This happens to me in 4 cases out of 5. My solution? Order of my food, payment for food, waiting for food with a request to cancel the order if they are not able to make it in 5 min and request refund in cash. I hope this branch will learn how to serve customers. I recommend this procedure to anyone who is dissatisfied with the staff there. The food is always colder than it should be. If it were after mine I would give them a score of -5 stars.

On this visit, my chips had no salt they forgot my brownie which I'd paid for (I wasn't the only customer this happened to) but didn't realise until I was half way home.This store has done this to me at least twice before & I get that they're busy and mistakes can easily be made but come on!!

Touch screen ordering which was easy enough to complete, order was correct when picking it up. Tables were cleaned promptly after each customer left the dining area. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Every time I visit McDonald's Livingston, I never get sauce, despite asking for it. Cheese Dippers are supposed to come with sauce, but they never do. And if i ask for ketchup for my chips, that is not given either. Very poor.

This McDonalds is the worst place of all. Drive through today was ridiculous. It’s always a massive queue to get in and traffic going in and out ignoring the one way system which can potentially create an accident . Our order wasn’t large but we were asked to park and wait without a free parking space available. The order arrived 10 minutes later.We visit this McDonalds on a regular and every time the staff seem to prioritise delivery orders over in store customers. Food is always cold and takes ages to arrive.

It appears to me that not one single brain cell is shared between all the staff here. Ordered a breakfast as I was running late for my doctors appointment. I ordered a breakfast roll meal (ketchup sauce) with a cappuccino and also a muffin and jam. Instead I was given a bacon roll (brown sauce) with no hash brown and my cappuccino was replaced with an Americano!! Plus, there was no jam with the muffin. The halfwit at the speaker seemingly had Tourette’s syndrome and kept saying “anything else, anything else, anything else?” Staff were also all on their phones! Do NOT go here!!!

*Food is always adequate taste wise*1 star due to the horrific quality control, every single staff member in charge of QC and the kitchen and orders clearly do not care in the slightest. This branch has about a 25% incorrect order rate. Everyone who works there is also miserable which makes the experience worse

Busy and I waited longer than I should as my coffee wasn't made despite repeated requests from the young person doing the orders (food wasn't exactly hot by the time we got it). Manager on his laptop and his supervisor chatting with him. However the cheery way I was dealt with at the counter when I got my food brought score up

Good service, drive through we are using...quick and tasty. Just one thing, every 2nd time, ice-cream machine is not working...
