Morrisons in West Lothian

These 4 stars just for the service. Very clean and polite.

Went for breakfast today and have to say the food was ok but the rest was poorly disappointing.As usual in these covid times you have to register by Q reader (if possible). Then things go downhill rapidly. We had 3 attempts to find a clean tray. Not only did they have mug marks, but also food on them too. The girl (1 of 3 workers) took our order then went through the back. There were no knives and very few tea spoons out for use. I waited 3 minutes to ask for cutlery and the girl replied " oh yes they are in the dish washer. Once again she vanished so I sat down. Another customer had the same problem regarding cutlery. Like us it took 2 times requesting before being given knives.I counted 5 tables that were left with trays, plates etc piled on them.. yes they were running a half price offer for breakfasts but were no busier than usual. So what is the excuse?There should be no half measures regarding covid. Why do track and trace then fall way behind with the cleanliness?

Disgusting , I visited Sunday morning around 8.20am just after opening and It was clear that no cleaning had took place as some of the tables were still dirty and the floor was strewn with food from the day before all around the cafe and under the majority of tables , I was probably one of the first customers of the day so can't be blamed on a busy morning, I got my full breakfast and although looked average I left it as I was put off with the disgusting state of the place......I won't be back

Had to clean our own table. Foods microwaved! So many people complaining in the cafe and the staff don’t seem bothered at all. All the tables are dirty and none have been cleaned. With trays and food still on majority of the tables. Place is a joke🤢

Worst breakfast I've ever tried to eat. Staff are unhelpful and prices are shocking now. Bacon so hard I couldn't cut it or get a fork in it never mind chew it. Lorne was like a slab of rubber and toast only done on one side. Disappointed and unsatisfied to say the least. Come on morrisons surely you can do better.

Nice,clean place to go for a coffee while doing your shopping,The staff could be a bit more cheerful,The cafe has plenty of seating and the food and drinks are ok

Well breakfast this morning was awful, it was quite cold and the bacon was 75% fat. It's 2 mornings in a row the breakfast has been cold, we come in every Saturday morning for breakfast and can see a difference. Maybe time to find somewhere else.

Wish a could give this place no stars beyond a joke orderd a breakfast and it took them 45 mins to get to me then when I got it everything was cold and brick hard and the egg was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had and gave me food poisoning please if you want a nice meal don’t come here.

Cheap. Cheerful. However other Morrison's cafes are tidier and cleaner. Racks for dirty dishes normally overflowing.

Breakfast was terrible. Grease running off everything but the eggs was the worst. Barry cooked.. I never eat at Morrisons again
