Pamir Express in West Lothian

I absolutely loved their doner kebab.

Placed an order and was told 1 hour for food to be delivered. After 90 mins decided to call and was apologised to about the wait and was told 15 mins.After 2.5 hours tried to call but now not answering phone. Absolute joke. Wanted to give it zero stars but won't let you choose thatoption.

Used to love this place always had good quality food, now however they mess up my order on numerous occasions, not only that they give me cold food I COLLECTED minutes after it was made so I still fail to understand how they managed to give me cold food very disappointed pamir. Give me the wrong sauces first of all hardly any doner meat to make things worse I paid for a large u crammed it into a small box

Friendly staff, 10/10 for the service, and food was out standing, a great curry and nan ☺️ would recommend.

Been going here for the last 3 year's since moved to Whitburn. The food had always been good, delivery could be slow time to time but nothing major. Was disgusted last night had friends over and made a big order, there was a genuine mistake with a missing rice, thier answer was to go back online check my order and order again and wait another 1.5 hours for another rice. Shocking thinking about the money spent over the years couldnt even hurry a rice along, was more interested in arguing whether i had selected rice or nan. Won't be back and do not recommend.

I ordered 2 large donner kebabs and a triple cheese burger with fries the total came to £23!!! that is far too much, the burger was not worth the money at all just a frozen patty heated on the grill not fresh of course,however there was an upside the lamb donner was perfectly done. it had nice flavour and i would say it’s better than any other local takeaway i would have given pamir a higher rating if the prices where actually reasonable because the price the charges me for 3 items was absolutely outraged

Another fantastic curry from this place. Never disappoints. All food bursting with flavour and so fresh. Excellent value. Staff friendly and really helpful

We ordered a pizza meal deal 16inch pizza with kebab meat,spicy chicken,pepperoni n ham 2 portions of chips n 3 cans of juice for 18.99 great value it tasted yummy delivery was a bit long took nearly an hour but give the driver his due he apologised for being late cause they were really busy. We will definitely order again it's the first time we've ordered

First few orders were good, but they always miss out items or do not follow instructions. Last order had to be chased as was last delivery time (which was already estimated at an hour) and when called said “just out the door”. Despite this, it took another 10 minutes and food was wrong again. Very disappointing as food is tasty, but when you get items you can’t eat it really ruins the meal.

Food took 1hr 20m to arrive (Wednesday), chips and pizza were cold. Not happy at all considering it was just shy of £20. Normally enjoy this place but I do normally collect. No apology/explanation from driver why it took so long. Also phone number listed on their website does not work!
