Pizza Hut in West Lothian

After reading the reviews I wasnt sure if I should order from here but I'm glad I did as it was first classCouldn't fault the staff or food.Excellent.

Although ordered online and given time to collect, when arrived they had only just started to make pizza. Ended up 15 mins late before pizza was ready.

Went in to order food was left waiting before someone came to take my order and the guy who was serving was wearing a dirty hoody I was made to feel I was holding them back from going home when I did get my food and got home the mac cheese was like rubber whole exsperience was bad will never order from there again.

I ordered at 5.pm and still did not receive,kids are being cranky. They should not have accepted the order . Very poor customer service...

It’s closed and still taking payment with delivery WRF!! Pizza Hut! We had to drive out there to see why they are not delivering! Surprise 👍 they are closed, fokall!! lutho!!!! , closed f’n gone!!! Update your web page you M’s!!!!!!!!!Not good bad bad bad boys 👎🏻

We ordered Pizza 2 days ago, still not arrived! I must have tried to call 20 times now and no answer!! I checked my bank account and they have taken the money!! They really need to stop taking taking orders and leave a message to say you are closed!!! Have had to email the main pizza hut email to get my money back but they said will take upto 5 days to get back to me, shocking service!!!!!

Quality of food is shocking! Ordered extra mushroom got none on my pizza! The other toppings were barely visible, base wasnt cooked properly very disappointed not worth the money! Will be ordering from Dominos from now on 100% fresher & tastier!Not even worth 1 star! 👎

The customer service at this store is awfull. I am surprised they are still trading. They get your order wrong, take no responsibility, offer no apology and try to make it all your fault.The store manager needs to be trained on what empathy is all about and customer experience and satisfaction. She doesn't care about customer satisfaction in any way or shape. Such a disappointing store. Dominoes has gained another customer.

Priced very reasonably, particularly if you browse through the offers, the Pizzas were absolutely delicious and arrived very quickly. The delivery driver was extremely friendly and it goes without saying that we will always order food from this establishment when we are in the area. Top notch, can't be beaten. Thank you

Decided to treat my son to some pizzas for his birthday. Ordered online. Told to go and collect within 20 mins. Got there picked it up. 1 min drive home. Opened the boxes straight away and the pizzas were luke warm. Phoned to let the lady know and she was so extremely rude as if i was lying about the temp of pizzas. Let her know she was sounding annoyed which she denied. Adamant the pizza had just come out of the oven and they were piping hot. End result? She will let the team know. We know she is not going to do anything. Rude staff! Pretty sure its the manager of all people. Disappointed. Stick to marinis guys!!! They are amazing!!!
