Starbucks in West Lothian

Just a disappointment. Staff more than nice but the place was unbelievably dirty, floors and tables :(

I lobe the stuff working there. They are very nice and helpful.Some of them already know what we want coz they have seen us there few times and they recognize us. I love it!

Last take away was the best order I've had from this chain in a long time

Ordered 2 drinks at the drive thru got to the last window! Wrong drinks! Parked up in a space someone brought what was supposed to the correct drinks! 1 was right and the other was still wrong!!!! Great service!!! NOT!

Failed to take the older style notes even though valid. The general operations manager for Scotland was rude on the phone even though the head office agreed they were still valid. Staff were great, great service and good coffee. Pity about the scottish operations manager. More training is required there.

Decent Starbucks, no fuss and free parking. The prices are Starbucks prices though so just think of the price an item is worth and triple it. But because it's a franchise you get a reliable and consistent product.

I Just bought a large latte with extra shots of hazelnut syrup, through the drive through. Once I got into the office noticed they have not even put any shots in the latte just plain coffee. Ruined my day. In future I'll be asking to see them put it in the cup.
