"The Terrace Restaurant at West Lothian College is a multi-award winning restaurant open to students, staff and the public. Voted number one on TripAdvisor for restaurants in West Lothian for 4 consecutive years, The Terrace is open for 3 afternoons per week and 1 evening sitting. The restaurant is primarily a training restaurant for our professional cookery students, providing a valuable experience of a real restaurant situation where they produce dishes of the highest standard. The students are supervised and led by expert staff in the planning, cooking and serving of dishes. Service expectation of students is highly professional and students are encouraged to be creative in their planning to meet our customers needs."
