We’ve been here twice recently and we’re going to start making it a fortnight thing as we really love the ballencrieff. Nothing is ever a hassle here and the staff go above and beyond. The food is amazing and great portion sizes. My kids who are usually picky eaters demolish their lunches. This afternoon we were served by Aimee and she’s just amazing at her job, everything you’d want in a waitress. Thank you and we’ll be back soon.

Havent been for a while it was average the meal was bland but it was hot which is a bonus. The price was reasonable i suppose dont no if i will be back

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Food was fast and hot and tasty. Cocktails made to perfection. A couple of rowdy customers and they were also dealt with by staff in a professional manner

Great service at this establishment, often go here and I can hands down say it has the BEST cocktails, if your looking for somewhere to go that is reasonably priced and has a great atmosphere this is your place ! The lovely waitress who served us , Anastasia, was so helpful in helping my very fussy friends with drink orders and made us the best Gin and lemonade I think we have ever had. Very lovely lady :)
