The Bus Stop in West Lothian

Tried this cafe a few times and not great. Most recently I ordered a chicken burger and chips and pasta for my son, my chicken burger came without chips. So i paid 24 quid for a chicken burger and pasta, bit of a joke considering it was all stone cold and i waited about 50 minutes for food.

Good arrived later than expected. Not sure how long as I didn't clock watch. Overall, the food was quite good and I asked in the notes to exclude the eggs and add a sausage if possible as I don't like eggs. I think they added 2 sausages which was good.Only downside is a drink I ordered (strawberry milkshake) did not arrive and it is closed now. My son got a delivery from the same place a few days ago and he said the drink he ordered (hot chocolate i think) didn't arrive either. Enjoy the photos.Update: I sent a message saying the drink was missing and received no response so downgraded to 2 stars. Poor service.

Friendly and very welcoming. Good food . Also licensed if you fancy a little drink. Staff are all really cheerful and friendly

Got a delivery twice this week and really enjoyed it.there lentil homemade soup is beautiful.highly recommend this restaurant to everyone

The man in the cafe makes you feel so welcome. We visited the last time after we got off the Blackpool promotions bus and again this week. All the suitcases and bags were accommodated and we were welcomed. The food was good and the weary travellers were allowed to wait until the taxi arrived for the next leg of the journey. The only criticism was the toilet area which is in need of some refurbishment apart from that wonderful experience and hopefully see you next year.

Arrived over an hour late. Eggs were black for some reason, food was terrible and service was terrible. Would highly recommend avoiding this place

Amazing restauraunt . Fantastic staff really helpful . very specific requests on order such as half cooked potato scones for me to finish at home later on . 7 mile journey the lady who handled the call was incredibly helpful and friendly . food arrived exactly as i requested it was easy to order online using the menu and only thing i could say about this place . Is i got a personalised meal. exactly how i wanted. with 0 hastle or issues. very generous owner as well. fair prices. very affordable food and the buisness smarts to get a munchie box for all times of the day . and hey if you want a good drink or a cute gift . well they've got that too everything from whiskey to a variety of savoury and sweet delicacies. even the chicken tikka was juicy and moist. fully flavoured and tender to the touch 10/10 will eat again .

Received my first order. Only a few minutes late but food was really hot. Best macaroni cheese I have had for years and the addition of chicken gave it a lovely kick. The banana milkshake was really creamy , I wouldn't hesitate to order again as they have such a varied menu. Well done guys

Great family run cafe friendly child friendly environment had my daughters birthday her food spread was amazing great value for money also been to come other events here and great selection of alcohol
