The Fairway Hotel in West Lothian

Decided to take my mum and dad out for dinner, and I know they love the fairway. All I can say is never fails to please my mum, and she is the most fussy eater. The staff were amazing. I think the lady was called steph? Nothing was a problem. My mum was so happy, and I was so shocked 😲 . As she is very hard to please. Amazing staff, great service and lovely to see some changes on the menu. Great gob fairway. Will be back very soon for sure. Loved ot.

Was a shambles when we arrived .booked with booking.com & Hotel.didnt have us marked.inThen eventually we got a room.Which I booked.double.room & when taken.up.to.room.its a single bed for 2guest shocking but staff were lovely

The only reason it's not 1 star is because the staff were really good and friendly.The decorum was like stepping back into the 90s and the food was like it was made then too, and just reheated now.A few points on the food, the steak pie admittedly was quite nice but a if a meal is advertised on the menu as dairy free, don't add butter to the veg.The Diane sauce tasted like peppercorn and vinegar.The rest was as drab as the carpet.Nice staff, really friendly and helpful but don't eat here if you value your stomach or taste buds.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Excellent hotel and restaurant, lovely food and cheap drinks. Always personal service. Would recommend to everyone who comes past here.

Excellent value, above a pub restaurant, main meals a little above price, but worth it. Drinks prices are excellent price. Will definitely be coming back again.

Went for a meal with my kids and partner. Food was ok, didn’t have to wait too long. Prices for kids meal were good but the main menu was a little expensive. The customer service from Barrie was second to none. He made our night very enjoyable and went above and beyond for us.

We were there on Christmas Day and we had a wonderful experience. Meal was absolutely fantastic, portions generous, atmosphere very festive and stuff friendly but professional at the same time, place was spotless, over all a great experience, I highly recomend it

Great value rooms above a pub/restaurant. The breakfast is lovely. It is not a luxury hotel, but is friendly and well situated for working or visiting the central belt of Scotland. If you don't eat at the hotel there are good restaurants nearby, such as Indie Roots and Golden Swallow.
