Wagamama in West Lothian

Really good place. Believe our main waiter was Julian, which he done an exceptional job. Explained to us how their system works now with new guidance, as well as good sugestions with new menu.

Unfortunately this is the worst Wagamama I’ve ever been to. Front of house staff were great but the food was truly terrible. The tofu tasted appalling although it’s been delicious at other branches. The spicing was off and everything seemed badly cooked. The servers were lovely but they badly need to find some better chefs.

Simple yet tasty dishes. Staffs are really great. Good place to dine in with the wee ones. All over service is pretty good. Looking forward to going back again.

Really nice (and quite healthy) curry, well presented, and a lovely juice to go with it. I was too busy bleathering to take photos unfortunately. I'm not sure I like the seats being fixed to the floor, not exactly adjustable if you're not comfy. They must have some reason for that I suppose. Overall a good experience and I will be back!

Great atmosphere, fantastic quick service. Great staff. Very busy but didn’t effect service. Food is great as well! Would highly recommend the Tuna if you’re new to Japanese food like me.

Superb flavours ,great service we had the Chicken Ramen ,Bang Bang cauliflower, Shiro dashi ramen and finished with the delicious Banana Katsu a sheer delight ,we will be back

It was my first time at Wagamamas and it did not dissapoint :) Your staff member Mitch was fantastic. He was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable with the menu and answered all mine and my friends questions. I can not handle much spice so he recommended the chicken ramen which was lovely. My friend couldn't decide so Mitch recommended the steak soba noodles. He made my wagamama experience fun and memorable. Thankyou for your fantastic customer service and we shall be back soon :)

Great variety of food. Very tasty and lovely staff

This place is our typical choice for food when visiting the shops here, once again - it did not dissapoint; very generous (double sized) squid was really nice and not rubbery, prawn and kimchee ramen was tasty as well, I'd prefer more matcha within the cheesecake but it was still quite nice.
