As a local, they're always friendly and welcoming. They work hard and I didn't have to wait long. There's always a queue at the serving hatch (due to Covid). My fish was massive and really tasty.Chips were ok, I prefer them crisper.Would definitely go back again.

Inedible fish , the worst fish and chips I've ever had and the curry sauce was disgusting. Used this place twice now and both times it was appalling. Will not be going there again . Such a shame.

Stayed in the caravan park just up the road, had two nice meals from here as it was cheaper than on site. You can ring ahead and it's all ready for you. Had Chinese and Fish and Chips both were delicious!!

Just wanted a quick lunch before heading home so we opted for fish & chips, what a mistake could only of been last night's left over fish which seem to have been battered again there was more batter than fish! I struggled to cut the batter! Very tough and the cod was not much easier to cut! you get the picture it was awful mushy peas were too liquidy! And no flavour basically not good! Have had from here before and was OK.

Flavourful chinese gravy with tasty chips, lots of cheese on and great portion sizes. Also the sweet attitude of the staff is lovely! Love this place

Disappointing fish and chips. The batter was stodgy and, my pet hate, the fish fillet had not been skinned. The chips were adequate. Not a place I'd recommend for fish and chips. The Chinese food is probably a better bet.

Busy with both locals and holiday makers, good quality Chinese food, just a bit overstretched staff.Clean and tidy.Order by phone is advisable, and firstly que to the left window of the shop to order, then the right window once done!

This was the 3rd time we visted this takeaway. On the previous 2 occasions we thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips we had; crispy batter and succulent fish - excellent fare. This time however we were disgusted with the meal we had; there was very little fish in the "concrete batter", it appeared to have been refried (possibly several times) and the chips looked as though they had been scraped from the bottom of the frier. What a huge disappointment - a truly inedible meal. I considered going back to the shop with the meal and asking for my money back...I think I probably should have done this...but after trying to wash down the memory of the contents of the wrapped meal with several gin and tonics....wisdom prevailed ...and I will obviously never return to the shop. Don't know what happened on this occasion...but you've lost a future customer!!

Top service!! You can ring ahead and place your order, or order at the door when you arrive. Food is always made straight away, and is hot and tasty! Excellent menu choice, and they are always happy to help if you need alterations made to a meal!

Popped in here on the way home from dropping our caravan off at our new location. Had 2 chicken curry and chips in a tray, massive hit portions and nice and fresh. Cant wait to try more off the menu when we are down our van next
