Burger King in East Dunbartonshire

The drive thu wasn't very busy but had to wait for order. The meal was lovely and probably made fresh so this compensated for the wait.

Mum ordered vegetarian meal as she has not eaten meat for over 40 years. She bit into her sandwich only to find out she had been given a chicken royale. Barely an apology was given when handed her original order. Very overpriced for poor quality food we received & no hot drinks available either. It's December. Also, why are they still not accepting cash? Baffles me.

Floor and tables have been filthy last twice I have visited. Doesn't appear to be enough staff for when it gets busy. Unlikely be visiting any Burger King again. Prices are also increasing and there isn't even a saver menu.

Went in to order, but they refused cash, want plastic only. No need to refuse cash now. They are trying to force a cashless society. Walked out, and if everyone takes this stance, we might get common sense back

No-one checked on mask wearing at the counter. Many were not wearing nails although it is mandatory. Children not controlled by a parent extracting ice from the drinks machine. Management nowhere to be seen. The same children standing and playing on every available empty seat. Still Management nowhere to be seen. VERY POOR, WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THE BISHOPBRIGGS BRANCH AT Strathkelvin Retail Park . No salt available in sachets and a customer had been given some in order cup which she handed to me????? What is going on here Soneone needs to do a spot check here. In the time I was there not one table was cleaned Bin was overflowing ! Please avoid this place until it us brought up to some degree of standards! I contact the Head office of Burger King UK, not even an acknowledgement of my email! Disgusted!!!

Albeit a bit slow due to number of Just Eat orders. Food was fresh and warm and also accommodated my request to double wrap my order.

This is a copy of the letter I sent to the Burger King customer services recently. I thought it is worth sharing it here as well.I visited the Bruger King in Strathkelvin Retail Park, Bishopbriggs with my family on the 22nd of October. I placed the order using the online service at around 7:40pm, like I usually do and we all waited inside for it to get ready.There was no response for about 30mins when I decided to check the status at the front. The team at front was very rude and mistook me for one of the online delivery person, even after I mentioned that I placed the order online. They shouted at me and asked me to stand with the rest of the delivery people in there waiting. They wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. That's when I noticed that the majority of the delivery people were Asian origin, like me! But, your staff shouldn't assume someone's intentions based on ethnicity. My whole family was listening to the noise your team was making and I felt ashamed of being called a delivery boy.I got some attention after I started raising my voice to tell that I am a customer waiting for order and not a delivery person. The whole team panicked and apologised a lot trying to coverup the damage they have already done on top of the unacceptable waiting periods. They checked the active orders and mine hasn't come through yet, even after 40mins since placing the order. I had to place the order again at the front and wait for another 10mins before we got something to eat.We had our food quickly and left the restaurant hoping never to return to such awful service and attitude. I can't accept the apologies of your team for such appalling behaviour. I am hurt for life and will never ever return to any of your restaurants.Your team could use some training against racial discrimination to deal customers with respect.I'll be posting this same comment on their Google reviews as well.

Burgers were ok. Fries portioning was all over the place (5 meals, 2 kids 3 adults) and would say that the volume of the large was less than the regular, the small and the regular are about the same. Just luck of who's filling them really!2 kids meals ordered but received no kids box/bag or toy. Didn't question as could not be bothered but just to make aware.

Service is quick and cheery. In the drive-through, it's the luck of the draw to see if you get what you ordered. Its been wrong multiple times. I've seen other customers asking for order corrections too.

Went to drive through. Had to wait nearly 15 minutes after ordering to actually get our food, on drive home grabbed a chip from the bag and it was pretty much stone cold. Obviously sat in the bag for about 10 minutes. Should've checked before we drove off. Lesson learned.
