Customer service is shocking very poor didn't receive my order and they were no help at all 1 star is to good for them

Everytime I came to pickup order i have to wait 10 mins because your employee is sitting on the back on their phone and order is not even started. I think something is wrong with management here.

You need to take more care are actually read what has been ordered. Ordered online and got the completely wrong order. Thanks for ruining my breakfast 👍

The staff were so patient and lovely with our big order today. I didn't catch everyones names but one of the staff members I believe was called sam, then there were 2 ladies making the sandwich and cashiering and possibly a male manager. I forgot to ask for the receipt or I would have done the review on the app! Thanks again for your service :)

I've not had a bad Subway from their so wondering if the 1 Star's from like 3 Years ago something has changed? Only been going the past couple of month's but seems like standard Subway to me.

Awful service. Coffee machine wasn't working for literally months, questionable whether the salad is fresh, most of the time they don't even have all the various items for a salad. This place is honestly the worst Subway I've ever been in and I won't be back until the management changes. This place smacks of cost cutting. Whoever runs it needs to have a word with themselves.

Literally every time I've visited this there's been an issue with some aspect of the experience. Stock, availability , service, broken equipment.Waiting times are ridiculous. There's usually one slow, badly trained, lethargic individual "serving" a word I'd loosely use to describe the minimal effort and general lack of interest towards the customer.They often don't have the kind of bread you'd like or certain ingredients you'd like as I'm guessing they only get the "popular" ones the school kids want. (smacks of money saving and cost cutting)Want a coffee or tea? Think again. Many times you'll go in "the coffee machine isn't working" well why don't you get it FIXED!!!!The last time I was in was a cold, wet day and was offered a bottle of room temperature water (not chilled, oh no) instead of a nice hot beverage.Needless to say I went across the road to Greggs and I've never been back.An awful subway.

Staff refused to put sauce on my 3 years old toasty. Even though I just bought 2 meals for me and my wife after telling everybody there was no lettuce left in the shop. I was told this was direct orders from the manager. Disappointed
