Picked a takeaway up here on the way home after a few refreshments. Absolutely atrocious and significantly over priced. Wouldn't waste my money here again.

Don't waste your money..After my original post a family member gave this place a try. They asked for a yung chow fried rice to which the reply was (we don't do it) only what's on menu REALY. A Chinese takeaway that does not cook yung chow fried rice Enough said.

Food is good, but service if you go in in person is very slow. I had a very simple order and three people who ordered after me got their order first 😕

Don’t trust this food place. They stole our salt and Chilli chicken and made my Mrs sick. The bbq ribs felt like I was chewing a calf’s living torso.

Absolute shambles! Ordered twice from here, both times the orders were very late and wrong. Last night I had to stand in shop for 40mins over time they told me to come .. witnessed them still taking walk-in orders and telling them 20 mins even though kitchen in compete disarray. Then not even an acknowledgement or hint of apology from rude little woman who runs kitchen. Food is ok but nothing special, def won't be back and DO NOT recommend!

Terrible attitude. Ordered a takeaway through JustEat at 5.38pm and time due was 6.30. At 8pm i cancelled. Staff were rude when i called to ask about delivery . 'Im not the driver '. Not my fault' i was told. Even after 4 calls I was getting shouted at by the lady managing the takeaway. Shocking and quite bizarre. The JustEat message said it had been delivered at 6.35pm which was not true. Strange. When i asked why they had pressed the 'delivered ' button the takeaway said they hadnt and must be a 'glitch'. Well dodgy.

Mix up with our order and delivery driver resulted in half hour wait for rice that didn’t come - but the girl on the phone was lovely and very helpful, even as she was getting screamed at by a woman in the background. Treat your staff better - it’s not her fault the driver walked out.

Always very pleased with my special chow mein. Always tastes delicious and the portion size is always perfect. I really like all the Chinese decorations and statues in the waiting area.

This is something I rarely ever do.I ordered a carry out on a Saturday evening during lockdown which is extremely busy and wait times can be up to two hrs.I ordered and then looked at the reviews which were awful. I was thinking of cancelling but was starvingI reached the shopping and was a gent waiting. I had mentionedthe reviews and asked him for his recommendation but was his first time.he had used it.Well the food was absolutely delicious. I had the sweet and sour fried rice and noodles absolute delicious and found staff courteous and I think one of the first time EVERit was ready as promised. So would recommend this 100%

Asked many times for no veg in the noodles this was confirmed every time on the phone and again in person. The box of noodles said no veg on it once I got home opened it and it was full of onions! Which I am allergic to. I was also told on the phone it would be ready within 10 minuets I arrived and had to wait 30+ minuets for the food. They also forgot a meal once it was ready therefore having to wait another 10 minuets and let my already made food cold. Customer service was okay I was given a slight apology by the woman at the front but overall experience was not the best. I think I’ll be going to the golden kitchen next time.
