Only one item on menu suitable for vegans (houmous ciabatta) and when I asked for sunflower/veg oil spread instead of butter they didn't have any. Didn't even have any non dairy milk replacements like oat or almond milk for coffee, which I can't believe in 2021..... Ciabatta had houmous, some jarred roast peppers and a few rocket leaves in it. Dry and totally uninteresting. Won't be back.

Dined at the restaurant again today Was with my elderly mother and daughter. The food was excellent and my mum felt safe and secure in our own little booth protected by a screen. Highly recommended.

Popped in after 5 months sheilding, to enjoy their lovely salad. Sadly i was VERY disappointed. The salad was half the size and sparse ingredients made it tasteless. It was only afterwards i realised that it must have been becsuse they were only charging half price. I would rather pay normal price and get the nicer experience. It was bland and uninteresting. The service was slow even though there were not many diners

Love there empire biscuits, so sweet. Serves is great everybody is so kind and my only problem was I couldn't talk to the people more. So that's my review would 100% go back.

Service at the cafe was terrible. Made the mistake of coming here with my husband and daughter for a quick breakfast when we were in the area.We waited for 20 minutes for my daughter’s meal then had to ask for the coffee which they had failed to serve. The incompetence of the waitress was only matched by her rudeness when we asked for the bill. She snapped at my husband saying she was serving another customer. In actual fact she was having a conversation with the gentleman whom she appeared to know. Then I heard her say to him “ she is growling at me” obviously referring to me!I’m not in the habit of “ growling “ unlike the waitress, I imagine.In short if your in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat my advice would be to go home and avoid this place at all costs.

I just found out today my Husband paid £14.40 for a coffee tea and two average cakes cakes. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!! DISGUSTING profiteering. Oh I know you have outgoings so do I and investing £60.00 a month for your bank account isn't one of them. I hope you are forced to reduce your prices, this Coffee Shop has changed hands on numerous occasions.IIn fact I think I will discuss it with Trading standards l

Food is excellent as is the service. Staff are great. Friendly and happy to help. I go there often.
