Rude woman at the door demanding that people put on masks. Bang out of order at this stage of COVID, entirely unjustified. Some people have underlying conditions and should not have to explain themselves to anyone. Lost a customer.

Really lovely decor and very clean. I had the smoked mackerel salad and it was delicious. Only aspect that let them down was the service. I suggest severe lack of training. No-one came to ask if we needed anything else or if we would like dessert. We would have had more coffees and drinks if we had managed to get any staff to come over to our table and the boys would have had dessert. But no one checked over with us and no staff nearby to catch their attention so a cheaper bill than it might have been.

They have gluten free options more than a baked potatoe and salad. Lovely food and milkshakes

Really over priced for what it is. Hot chocolate is mixed with water and not milk, it looked like dish water. Have to say the service was good though

Excellent service from friendly and efficient staff. Cappuccino was excellent and scone with jam and clotted cream was very nice. Soup was delicious; however, the bread roll would have been nicer if it had been warmed before serving. Will definitely return but will ask for roll and scone to be warmed next time.

Hello we had a really nice cup of coffee and tea takeaway as we had the dog. Sometimes we have a role in bacon and there so nice good price. Staff lovely as well.

This is nice for a quick bite or a relaxed one with the children, the staff was ok and the food comes in quite big portion. I wasn't overly enthusiastic with my latte and I would not recommend the tomato pasta for the kids, but the soup and sandwich combo was fine. The surrounding is the best part and if you do need to wait to sit down, there is a big pond with the ducks that always gets everyone entertained!

Great place magic meal and drinks. Excellent service and great value. Brilliant views of boats and the lock. Great day out would recommend. 👍😁🇬🇧

Was a bit busy when I first got there but it was lunch time. Went for a walk round the park before heading back. Got seated right away. On a lovely sunny day the outside seating will in great demand. Outside seating is in a small sun trap area. Service was fast and efficient. Food was good. Will be back when my travels allow it.

Beautiful setting, very peaceful. Lovely cafe, staff and food.
