White Cart in East Renfrewshire

First time visit, liked it, service was good and the food. I had chicken wings starter they were very good only comment I could have liked a couple more. Main course I had steak and ribs, excellent choice a good helping of well cooked steak and ribs. Happy to go back.

Delicious food, if a bit on the economical side of the portion size, great drinks, friendly staff, if a bit obsessed about the masks. I had the halloumi fries and the seabass grill and couldn't be happier with my choice. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Food tasted lovely unfortunately gammon steaks were cut too thick and were tough. Staff were lovely. Nice surroundings. Dog friendly.

This was my first time for about 3 years back in white cart Got to say meals were great and staff done there best to keep everyone happy as staff shortage was a small problem but they handed it well Full credit to them a will return soon

Food is tasty with sensible sized portions. There's a wide range to suit all tastes, including vegan options. What really makes it though are the people that work there. Always welcoming and happy to help. Recommended for a nice quiet meal or for "catch up" time with friends.

Love the White Cart. Food is amazing, great kids menu too! Customer car parking available. Staff are super helpful and welcoming. Has 'village pub' vibe inside which is perfect for a quiet drink or family meal.

Lovely pub. Great atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff. Food was great and they offer a wide range all at a top standard. Nice range of cask ales on offer and a varied dessert menu

Could not fault the staff, they were the best! The food really wasn't worth the price though. One of the group ordered a seafood mixed grill at £16, it was terrible, the portion was tiny and the fish looked washed out. I ordered the Sunday roast and the beef was dry with ready made gravy splated on. The topped fries were shocking aswell. To be honest we didn't order anything crazy so it should have been better quality ! I'd go back for a drink as the pub is lovely and cosy, just can't say much for the chefs!!!

Very beautiful setting. Gives you a very cosy/warm feeling with exposured bricks and wood features. Has good choices for Vegan/Vegetarians and also selection of non alcoholic wines and mocktails. We loved the starters more than the mains.

Lovely table outside in the sunshine.Good covid measures in situ. Ordering was quick enough but due to it being so busy we had a little wait for the food but in nice surroundings it was no problem..3 mains of all American chicken burger with fries and onion rings, Vegetable salad halloumi bowl with new potatoes and luxury mac n'cheese with garlic bread and 2 diet cokes and 1 soda water and lime. We perused the dessert menu and I had choice of 3 scoops of sorbet/yoghurt/ice cream, friends had 3 scoops of chocolate Belgian waffle ice cream and 1 bramley apple pie with cream. Yummy and very welcome in the bright sunshine..The food was absolutely delicious and tasty. There were no complaints from any of us at all.This was another Greene King pub and after being in another of their business premises recently I can honestly say that this establishment was top notch...
