Visited on Friday afternoon. Burgers and fries were great. Friendly staff. Loved the decor too. Highly recommend

Used to be really good, has had internal refresh but has it gone downhill?? Phoned for table at 8.14pm (with intention to eat not drink), was told to come down, booked under our surname. I said we'd be about 5-10 minutes. Got there in time, checked in with male employee who told us the top booth was available (by the kitchen), which was marked reserved. Sat for what must've been 25 minutes, totally ignored, but yet female employee definitely looked over at least twice. I didn't get a chance to signal to her but shouldn't have had to. We gave up and told said female employee our feelings on the way out. She apologised and said she didn't realise we were waiting, offered us menus but we declined. Went to Nippon Kitchen up the road, very friendly staff and good food/drinks.

Updated for 2021:First time in since before the pandemic and disappointing to see the menu has changed to pretty much to just burgers or fried chicken. Used to have such a good variety! As the burgers were 10 quid plus and didn't even come with fries (that would be an additional 4 quid) or any other garnish, opted for the chicken basket as it had some additional stuff. Chicken was nice enough but nothing spectacular, not many fries and watery coleslaw.Really disappointed as the place used to be a favourite with good variety and good value but doesn't seem to be so now.

No staff wearing masks. Had three different ones come to my table. Total disregard for customers well being. Food poor so definitely not worth the risk of catching COVID from their staff!!!

Loved the decor. Place was cold, burger was tasteless, only ate half, fries were good when first arrived then went very limp. I won't be back soon.

Great place if you want an affordable dinner! Can't remember what burger I had but it was delicious 😋. My Girlfriend had the fajitas and highly recommended them too! Really lovely staff here too. This place is under rated 👍🏻

Amazing burgers! We liked the vegetarian burger more than the chicken. It was amazing. Very fast service. If you are looking for juicy burgers should visit this place. There are options for beers and drinks as well.

This place is great. Got the veggie burger it was great. Also got side of fries, personally they are just like in-n-out. Chocolate peanut butter shake to finish delicious. Staff amazing
