Great place to have Indian / Pakistani cuisineThe place offers wide menu choices like I had bhaigan ka bharta which is quite rare in menu in this areaThe quality of food was fresh and up to proper standard

Service was excellent but the food was stale and dry especially the mixed grilled starter. The pindi pyaz was cooked from earlier and not fresh. We visited Ambala after it was highly recommended to us but won't be visiting again. Hope the owner won't respond with the standard response and actually address the issue.

After a busy decided to stop here for some Samosa chaat. It was quite possibly the worst I have ever had. It tasted like the samosa had been left in a humid place not properly stored and the samosa itself had been made 2+ days. We were told it was that day which you can see from the image… it definitely was not.

Visited Ambal on a quite Saturday evening. Our order was quick burgers and fish n chips. Firstly the waiter was totaly unaware of products they serve and secondly service was not satisfactory. Need to reach for cutlery, sauces etc. Hygiene in resturant has been degraded from what it used to be. The sauce served was contaminated with French fries chippings , giving an idea that left over sauces were recovered to be used later. The food was average and fish was over cooked. Coldrinks were charged £2, £2.50 which was expensive. Burgers were also slightly over priced.Last not the least we collected desi naan kebab takeaway which was good nicely packed with sauce and good salad.Ambala had been our local restaurant with good reputation. Lack of attention towards hygiene and food quality was disappointing.

We came here for the first time, in search of quality, exquisite desi food. From the first bite to the last… it was a heavenly good experience. We ordered: Lamb Haleem, Lamb Nihari, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Seekh Kabab, Margerita Pizza and Fries for the kids.I have already tasted many desi restaurants around the world and it’s very hard to find a great desi restaurant full of bursting flavors : AMBALA is one of them!!The staff is more than welcoming, they were there to serve us ASAP, no long delays after ordering got our order after almost 15 mins which is nothing compare to other restaurants as we were starving like hell 😆Thank you so much Ambala Team for your kindness, awesome food and outstanding service. We will keep coming and recommend 100%Our new fav top of the list restaurant 😊❤️
