Blane Valley in Glasgow City

Bit of a surprise, quick service, good beer. Didn't know it's independent run, mark down as no menu's on table. Apart from that, food was tasty, filling & VFM.

Best steak pie. Food always good here. Sadly can't say the same about the bar staff. Were in on a quiet day ...it was as if we were actually bothering them by asking for a drink. Looked totally miserable . Not even a thankyou when we paid bill at the bar and left them a tip ....with hindsight shouldn't have bothered. Must have been an off day as never had this service before

First time in Blane Valley for works day out ... Had fish and chips which was lovely and piping hot ... Drinks reasonably priced ... No need for masks or track & trace ... Fabulous karaoke singers ... Pub was really busy with great atmosphere we will definitely be back 👏

Been going here for their steak pie for about 23 years, its brilliant. Don't go on a Sundsy before 1pm as even though it says it opens at 12 i was there a few times and it still wasn't open at 12.45 and the girl was setting up the tabled.Worked out good as i have found a better steak pie at Drouthys along the road at queen street,every cloud and that.

Great prices food brilliant should try the fish ,waitress really so nice and pleasant so is bar staff ,going back soon .

Great pub for Karaoke nights, Bar staff friendly abd helpful, busy at weekends

We had a great nite and nice food only fault I would say is to many people in pub if there was a fire would not have much of chance getting out would be better to curtail numbers of customers but over all great wee pub thanks

Absolutely love this pub! The staff where very friendly especially mags! Nothing beats an older karaoke pub with amazing food and if that's what you want. This is the place to be

This is a gem of a place, whether you want a quiet pint on your own or bringing along a group of friends for a meal. There is so much to choose from the menu, (if you just want a snack, to a full 3 course) and the food is very substantial and all at a very reasonable price too. And your pockets will still be happy too. 😁🤤

Another great lunch here, and as always we had the best steak pie in toon. Margaret was our server and as always the banter as well as the service were fantastic. Another perfect day 😄🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
