Bothy Restaurant in Glasgow City

Cosy yet quirky interior - excellent service and the most amazing chips I've ever had. And mushy peas like my Mum used to make. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Arrived for a Sunday lunch. Beautiful food, drinks and restaurant. Probably the best in the west end.

Great Scottish food, in a luxurious but comfortably relaxed coorie setting. Wine choices are usually very good value (with the exception of Champagne) and staff are always very friendly.The ideal place to entertain visiting guests from abroad.

All I want to share is that the Bothy is a truly unique dining experience. The atmosphere, the staff, the food are all first class. If you are looking for the highest quality food experience you need to book yourself into the Bothy. I think you should go for it.👍👍

Went for lunch here as a walk in and it’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. The ambience, decor is great and the staff first rate. Meal was fantastic, full of flavour, fresh and simply delicious. Beer selection is spot on and the Espresso Martini, like the food is one of the best I’ve had. I happily look forward to returning / going for dinner here.

Great staff! Lovely vibe. Cullen sink was good but I thought it would be better. Was very thin. Pork belly and beef cheek were fantastic!

My first time back at the Bothy for many years. I was not disappointed. The food was fantastic, delicious and really well presented. Real attention to detail.We visited as a party of 5 and were well looked after. The staff were very attentive and could not have done more. The venue was packed with diners but this did not in any way effect the speed or quality of service delivered.Gin serves, cocktails and summer spritz drinks were all fantastic.A great venue for a special occasion, highly recommended.

Great culinary experience in Glasgow's West End, glad to have tried it! Interesting menu celebrating Scottish food, beautiful dishes, great flavours, high-end service. My personal favourite were the salmon (starter), salmon (main), and the unbelievably tasty honey parfait with the lavender tuille! Definitely happy to recommend and happy to go back!

The Bothy played host to my best friends wedding in their private room and garden. The space is truly ideal for an intimate wedding and incredibly tasty meal. Amazing service by a team of attentive and friendly staff... My only wish is that my friends could marry here again!!
