BrewDog - Glasgow in Glasgow City

Where to start from lien about messaging BrewDog France after sending a same day order with flat beer and a hole in one of the cans after having to call the bar and be told lies, and that they put the order in wrong so we can just wait. There online team have really done nothing ignored messages, told me that there will be a refund and an email but changed there mind 2 days later.This has been the worst customer service experience ever and the worst experience from BrewDog... I will be taking my custom elsewhere and supporting other breweries in the area not if in Scotland we are short of Great breweries.Still waiting on a response via twitter as they have now not replied.

Purchased an itison deal for burgers, fries and beer. Wasn't too sure what to expect but we were really impressed. Children are allowed too which is fab so we were able to take our girls with us.The burgers are immense! I had the buffalo chicken burger and it was absolutely delicious. Sides of Mac and cheese and pickles were great too. Also, who knew deep fried Oreos were one of the most amazing desserts? They are soooo tasty!!Our servers were super friendly and so helpful. We will definitely be back.

Superb service and stunning food. Went in with my young dog and the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier, they where superb! Will be retuning back for sure!

a fantastic bar with fantastic staff! came here after being turned away by multiple places for being by myself; the staff here made me feel so welcome and chatted to me throughout the night. Brilliant bar, amazing staff and great music!

Bit expensive, industrial for dudes&dames,although not taking the Smeg,but don't ask staff after paper article! Anyway look at amazing architectural building, with Corinthian Columns &frieze of battling figures,opposite&meditate;ground level Meditation studio,rest maybe private appartments,it's will take mind off prices .Boys saving up for pile like this!!!Staff friendly now, marvelous what a bit of criticism will do!!!I.P.O,floating on stock market,on cards

A very nice friendly informal bar. Good customer service from the friendly staff who accommodated a last minute walk in for our group. Great range of craft beers, spirits, etc to suit all tastes. Nice range of unique pub grub. Definitely a go- to venue when in the city centre. I will be there again.

Visited BrewDog Merchant City for lunch with friends. Good varied pub grub type menu. Good choice of drinks. Staff were friendly and attentive but not overpowering or pushy like in some establishments. Please note this is not a restuarant it is more of a pub. All in all 5 stars.

Bright and informal bar with a friendly and attentive staff. Was made to feel welcome and there were there were the usual wide range of beers available. Staff are knowledgeable about the beers and the environment was clean and organised. Outside seating is also available.

As always a great choice if you like a good selection of decent beers. Loads of their own which change on the regular as well as some decent guest beers too. Had a mix up with our drink is which ended up with us walking (stumbling) out with some free tinnies 👍 good spot in the city too. Nice BrewDog fortune cookie to finish the night off too.
