Burger King in Glasgow City

Rude staff, was feeling extremely I’ll so I went in and asked for a cup of water if it wasn’t too much hassle. The staff were extremely rude and took about 10 minutes well I was nearly about to collapse. And only after this time did they come out with water but wouldn’t give me it until I put change into the charity box, a nice idea but I was in no state to deal with that

Nice staff, clean considering how busy it is. The staff make a difference. The burger was fine nice and warm and they were so fast thanks Gabrielle ( I that's the correct spelling of your name).

On Thursday 30/12/21 at 19.15 I ordered a burger and it was ready in less than 5' and COLD like if it had been made 30' before that. Anyway, bad bad service.

Expensive, food doesnt look anything like posters, scraps of bacon on the burgers, salty chips, watered down drinks, appalling!

I ordered a vegan burger meal with extra lettuce and revived a chicken burger with absolutely no lettuce at all

Chips not cooked properly, slow, no energy. Made the poor guys order in front of me wrong twice. Not acceptable, considering they were quiet.

£3 for a 'large' drink which is 500ml to the line and literally half ice! Miss your train and go down the road to McDonald's! Absolutely fuming!

It's burger king. What else are you expecting? So, yeah, the service isn't 5 star. My server allowed me to navigate the menu, and select the most ridiculously expensive and mediocre burger. Just what I was looking for! Can confirm, it was edible. So I ate it.

Usual level of decent service, except on this occasion I was ripped off.I made a simple order of 6 chicken nuggets and got served 4, and being that this is Glasgow's busiest train station, I didn't notice this until I was on my train heading home.Check your food before you leave and count your change, the staff here aren't above stealing from you and it's important others know this.

Not the first time I have went after work and waited to grab a quick something to eat on the train home and been left standing around waiting for the 1 member of staff to serve everyone while the rest of them stand and gab. Always end up leaving to get my train because I absolutely refuse to stand and wait all that time (longest I've been standing there once was half an hour), no regard for customers and they don't care about the service enough to put more staff on to help clear the queue. Disgusted. Absolutely shocking customer service and even worse attitudes. "fast food", if you're gonna serve that at least try and be fast and also try justify your prices cos as it stands basically paying almost 6 pound for chips when you've been standing there so long doesn't seem worth it at all. Take tips from your other branches and actually learn about customer service.
