We atteneded Cafe Cossachok 🇷🇺 last Saturday and experience was fabulous from start to finish. We emailed in the morning for a resrvation and was quickly emailed back and confirmed our table. On arrival staff were very polite and welcoming. The decor is pretty cool too and the restaurant area is large and spacious. We were taken to our table and staff immediately came to see us giving us drink/food menus etc and took drink orders. This place serves authentic Russian/Lituianian/ukranian dishes aswell as authentic beers/largers/spirits and not to mention homemade vodka in a wide variety of flavours. We ordered starters of Solyanka & Cossachok Nibbles both were served quickly and tasted unreal 👌 as a garlic fan the Cossachok nibbles were top notch, the solyanka was also delicious. For our mains we ordered 3 as we couldnt decide 🤣 there are so many options on the menu we wanted to try, we ending up opting for lamb/chicken shashlik and fresh slamon with potato pancakes. All of the food was cooked/tasted beautifully. Service was fantastic with waiters/waitresses always checking up if we needed more drinks etc.We also ordered a rack of 6 of the homemade vodkas which are fantastic value at 6 for £10. Highly recommend 😉The meals and drinks are very reasonably priced and the food is very tasty with large portion sizes. Cant fault the service either they were very efficifent, helpful, polite and couldnt do enough for you.We will definitely be returning as so much we have yet to try on the menu!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently went to Cafe Cossachok, it's a restaurant, not a cafe! I had the Chicken Shaslick, a good portion of boiled rice with 2 skewers of well cooked chicken. It tasted very nice.

Great place the borsht is always amazing and everything else iv had there is also really good. Very quiet so perfect for people like me who dont like crowds but thats not great for them so I wish more people would go, its super underrated the food is delicious the pricing is reasonable and the service is great. You should try this place

I came here first time in May 2021 and revisited in November 2021. To me it’s definitely the best restaurant in Glasgow. The staff was really friendly and the food was amazing. Every dish was fantastic! We’re glad that the staff treated us more bread after knowing that my friend and I are big fans of their borscht soup and rye bread!Although there are so many good restaurants in Glasgow, this cafe is the only one that I will never forget and want to visit over and over again whenever I go to Glasgow.
