Cafe per Favore in Glasgow City

Ate here for an early valentines day treat. Noisy overhead like there was something going on upstairs, not as romantic as I would have liked but never mind. The menu was limited, no sign of the valentines day menu i had seen online, but food came out quickly and was tasty. For the price I would have expected more on my plate. Starter of the pesto and dumplings I'm sure there were about 6 pretty small dumplings, chicken for main which I asked without asparagus came with it and about 4 very small dumplings. You had to pay extra for chips. The dessert was the biggest part of the meal!Don't get me wrong the staff were good, food tasty but compared to other places I've been not great value for money. I appreciate your service but i am sorry I don't think I'd be back.

Absolutely brilliant value lunch and staff were quick and attentive. Very busy place but extremely well managed by staff. Really enjoyed the meal and will definitely be back.

We ate as a party of three here today. Food was delicious and great value for money. Clean plates all round and the portion sizes were just right. We would definitely recommend eating here.

This place never fails to deliver a no nonsense but tasty selection at very reasonable prices. It is our go to Italian before a night at the Kings Theatre and will continue to be so while it delivers good food in a nice warm atmosphere.

Absolutely deelish not been in a while and food did not dissapoint. Opted for the £9.95 menu but paid extra for the prawns and steaks. Was really tasty

Extremely good restaurant. Fabulous value for money. Staff really pleasant and welcoming. Food is superb, cannot recommend the small dish selection more highly (3 are ideal for an evening meal). We always make sure we eat here at least once when we visit Glasgow.

Visited Cafe Antipasti before the theatre through the week.As usual the food was delicious and the service was friendly.We ate using a mixture of the pre theatre menu and the small plates menu.Pictured: potato and leek gratin, cheese bread with sugo and gnocchi arribiata.

This is the most welcoming Italian restaurant I visited on my trip to Glasgow. Lovely staff, really good food and very quick service.Two courses and beers came in at less than £20 and the food was lush. Recommend the pesto linguine or the mushroom risotto.So good I came back twice.

Very good. They have barriers between the tables a process they keep to, all very good and positive. The bills for a few drinks 4 mains and a pud was £60. Waitress could not have done more. Very good, would recommend for a quick bite.
