Carnbooth House Hotel Restaurant in Glasgow City

Our daughter had her wedding at this hotel ,the staff especially John ,were so friendly,and helpful ,the venue was perfect ,the food was great , nothing was a bother ,the wedding was wonderful ,the bedrooms were luxurious and breakfast was delicious . Highly recommend this Hotel

Was at private function food was delish but staff attendance was rubbish. Not everyone got their soup. Tables were never cleared. WE had to tidy tables ourselves n coffee was cold then nxt fresh pot was tasteless. Ran out of cups and milk . Had to wait long time Very disappointing 😠

Having never actually stayed over night, I visit here as often as I can for dinner and lunches when possible.A very peaceful and pleasant place with some great views when decent weather is present.Very efficient and polite waiting staff that attend to all your needs. Particularly a waitress named Jade, super friendly and makes you as comfortable as possible at all times.Food is terrific, always on point, hot and freshly prepared also tastes great. The selection/menu changes when required and always offers up something for everyone. The Cullen skink is the best I have had.As for the price, no complaints here! Definitely worth the money.

Sadly, this was catering for a funeral. The staff were great, the food was terrific and served with the minimum of intrusion. Staff coped easily with the extra numbers that actually arrived on the day, and overall, I was very pleased with every aspect of the Carnbooth, and highly appreciative of Richard and his staff.

Was here for lunch with family and the food was delicious and service fantastic, everyone was really nice and very attentive. We had a little walk around the grounds and the view is spectacular, Carnbooth itself is just stunning, looking forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend the chicken salad with pine nuts and mango dressing and the hazelnut meringue gateau for afters, a little bit of heaven 😍

One week on from having to cancel our booked lunch due to adverse weather and still no one answers the phone. Constantly leaving messages and no one has had the decency to reply. Our grand daughter is now out of pocket as she had already paid for it. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Avoid

Had a beautiful meal for my birthday and all the staff couldn't have been nicer and made us feel really welcome would definitely recomend this hotel and look forward to going back again.

Very pleasant and friendly service when we popped in for an impromptu breakfast. Chef made a very fine breakfast and the waitress could not have been more attentive.Grounds could do with a tidy (I'm sure they know what it as the end of the lane...).Great view from the bay windows.

We enjoyed a happy afternoon tea here on Monday to cake rate my friends birthday. A fabulous young man named Jamie was attentive polite friendly and professional throughout! Thank you Jamie you are a real asset to a lovely hotel! We will come back - soon :D

We went to the Carnbooth House Hotel for Christmas Lunch. The staff were attentive, friendly, polite and happy to help.The food was delicious and the room we were seated in was nicely decorated and cosy.Already plan on booking again next year!
