Chow in Glasgow City

Frankly the food is amazingly great compares with other Chinese restaurants. However eating their food makes me sick almost every time, it’s 6am now and I’m dying in the toilet :(

Always order from here, however food seems to be getting worse every time, aswell as prices going up each time, will not be ordering from here again!

Possibly some of the best food I've eaten in my life. Great service, food is fresh , huge menu. Very clean.

Food always been very good in Chow. We did sit in. More cafe like than restaurant since pandemic. Geared towards take out. Service was very quick.

Food was average, however when going to collect the food, I was barely able to enter the restaurant due to two chefs (from Chows) smoking in the doorway. They barely moved to allow me to pass through their cloud of smoke. It put me off the food even before I tried it. I won’t be back.

The worst and expensive Chinese restaurant I have tried in UK. Too salty for all food and meat is not fresh. The female boss attitude is bad like we beg her to serve us. Unworthy to try.

Ordered via just-eat. Food was not delivered. When I phoned to enquire I was told they couldn't get hold of the delivery driver. When I phoned again they hung up on me. Then they phoned me back and said the food had been delivered but "to someone else". I said this wasn't really ideal as I had paid for it all already and the lady calling said she'd "ask the boss" about a refund. I don't really expect to see my money back. Such a shame - back in the 2000's Chow was *the* Chinese place to go to in the West End. Now it can't execute basic functions.

Bought a classic chicken curry at 9:30pm this evening. The I get home and the curry tasted sour.Clearly something off.I call straight back and they have closed early.Not impressed. Dinner ruinedUsually a good take away. Just baffled how you get a standard curry so bad. Both my wife and I tasted.I’ll keep and take back tomorrow let them taste their own food. Shocked how bad.

AMAZING FOOD. Extreamly good value for money. Small non pretentious eatery that I would highly recommend to lovers of oriental food.
