The woman on the phone was so rude, asked her for any allergens in the spring rolls as they’re sometimes cooked with peanut oil and the response i got was “i don’t know, it’s just got vegetables in it.” She acted like it was a stupid question and god forbid I ended up being allergic to these. Horrible service, horrible attitude and cold food.

This is my favourite Chinese take away in Cumbernauld. The food is consistently well prepared and tasty. Their large spring rolls have a delicious, unique flavour. They are always willing to be creative if asked, for example adding some satay sauce to Singapore rice or making a dish very spicy indeed..... Other takeaways in Cumbernauld are very rigid - "if it's not on the menu, you can't have it"So refreshing to find a takeaway which understands that a bit of flexibility goes a long way to keep customers happy. Highly recommend.

Very lovely and tasty dinner we had last night, the salt and pepper chicken is very good! However we ordered chicken curry as well.... 2 bones were found in the dish, luckily the first one was rather big so it wasn't swallowed or caused any harm however the second was small and sharp, we were lucky we searched through the chicken after the first incident. Its our favourite Chinese and really good prices but this has really disappointed us!

I have used the Dragon Palace Chinese takeaway in Cumbernauld for over 25 years (even now when we live at far end of Falkirk) but after tonight I won’t be returning. When I ordered our food tonight I even said to them “can you make sure the Salt and Chilli chicken is fresh as last few weeks it’s not been good”. When I got home and served it, again it was little slithers of chicken inside batter that was so hard it was difficult to cut. The prawn crackers tasted soggy and my husband said his sweet and sour Pork Cantonese tasted as if the oil it was fried in was really old. So time for me to find a new Chinese takeaway.

Not impressed. Pancake rolls were neither pancake nor rolls. A portion contained 3 tiny flat rolls with barely any filling. It's becoming progressively harder to find a decent chinese takeaway in Cumbernauld:-(

This place never disappoints. Best Chinese takeaway in cumbernauld in my opinion. Great value for the portion size. I've never used the delivery, have always collected so I can't speak to delivery times etc. But it's great food at a great price and great value. What else do you want from a takeaway??

I placed a collection order but when I got home the order was a little wrong. I called Dragon Palace who offered some great service by way of a credit for food another time or for a driver to bring the correct items.5 minutes later they brought my order to me and fixed my issue.Food was fantastic!

Food never showed but the money was already transferred; we were told that it would be 2 and a half hours because it was busy so we waited 3 hours before phoning because we knew it would be hectic because of everything that’s going on, when we did phone there was an automated message saying that they’re closed until mid April. Mistakes happen but it was quite a bit of money that I paid for nothing

This used to be my go to chinese and was by far the best in Cumbernauld. It went right down hill a few years ago and I changed to the ken wok. Decided to give it another go a few weeks ago and had a nice meal, so decided to use again last night - big mistake. Firstly, there was a positive and the reason i have given 2 stars, the salt n chilli chicken wings. They are amazing. But after that the meal went downhill. I got a breast of chicken curry. The sauce was bland and the chicken was rock hard. I mean disgustingly hard. I have no idea how this is possible. My partner got a Singapore chow mein, again bland. Literally no flavour. I don't know if it was because it was busy, we waited over an hour on a Tuesday night, but the food was very disappointing and we wont order again.

At least once a week we order a takeaway from here. Tonight we ordered Salt and pepper chicken, breast of chicken curry, fried rice , chips and curry sauce. Both myself and my partner bit into the salt and pepper chicken and it was pink in the centre phoned to inform and was told “aww it might be over cooked if it’s chewy it’s cooked twice in the same pan as the ribs” one no pink chicken is over cooked and two why would you cook chicken in the same pan as ribs?? Will never order from here again and ohh waited an over hour for our pink chicken to actually arrive wouldn’t even give here one star but don’t get the choice of zero
