Absolutely shocking service! Waited for an order for over 2 hours to be told it went to the wrong flat (not our problem). Then when my wife was speaking with the girl on the phone to find out what had actually happened, the girl found it hilarious and told us that it wasn’t really their fault or problem? We ended up telling them not to bother sending a new one as there was no accountability or sincerity in the apology for the mix up and we will go elsewhere! Will never be back and it’s such a shame because they are used to be really good. Incompetent!

The food is lovely same can't be said about the lady taking the order called her to tell I was giving 2 old pound coins which have not been in circulation for years was told bluntly to check my change in future so basically someone gave them old coins and instead of taking to a bank she tried to put them on to another customer then took a tone with me when I said I was only calling to let them no ps not delivery drivers fault money comes from the till ..sorry for the rant but was angry they way she spoke to me

Best curry sauce I've had. Always love an Eves, tried loads. Downside is you can't pay by card

The best in west glasgow.. i don't even live close by now but i still travel the 8 mile round trip to get my takeaway from here..

The food would be great if the staff concentrated on writing down the order correctly instead of gossiping, talking on her mobile phone and then trying to excuse her bad service by making up excuses. I had to remind this girl to use manners and apologise for her mistake. Since calling to complain, I have been called by the shop but chose not to engage in an argument but to leave a review here. Make sure the person serving you is concentrating on you, not something else!

Lovely food can't fault it at all, cheeky boss lady didn't give me my rice and shouted at me through the phone telling me to take my custom somewhere else. I told her, please bring me rice, she hung up on me.

I ordered chips, barbecue sauce and fried rice. When it arrived, the barbecue sauce had somehow become curry sauce, and was absolutely disgusting. Not a nice place at all, won't be ordering from there again.
