The food took over 50 minutes to come. When it came it was reheats and not what I asked for. The girl has very poor English and when I phoned to complain she said it was my fault when I order the same thing all the time. Won’t be ordering again absolutely disgusting.

Not the same as it used to be and waited so long for an order that was already cooked. Food was cold and not very nice at all. I was gutted cause this used to be my favourite

What they label as 'suitable for vegetarians' is not suitable. I was just informed on the phone by the chef that the vegetarian labeled items contain meat. Incredibly disappointing and disrespectful to those following a vegetarian diet. As many follow these diets for religious and cultural reasons. They also don't know what their allergens are - which is incredibly dangerous for those with allergies. This place should be shut down before they seriously Injure/potentially kill someone. I myself work in hospitality and I know how high risk those with severe allergens are and how lethal the consumption of said allergens can be. It is a legal requirement and this place seems to have no regard for public health and safety. Also for providing false information that is misleading and simply not truthful.

I ordered a chicken chow mein which came in less than 15 mins and was absolutely beautiful, best chow mein I've had. Also tried salt & pepper chicken chow mein but it was far too hot, my whole face was burning lol

If you love salt come here!! I have been a few times and always said I'll give them another chance, tonight will definitely be my last!! Curry was full of salt, disgusting and ended up in the bin.

Used to order from here and always happy with the food. New menu/chef and the quality of the food has gone downhill. This will be the last time we order from here

Nice hot and sour soup, nice and tasty. Got a beef curry it was too mild for me, need to ask for it extra hot. I have had better tbh

I received my order a salt and pepper munchie box and a can of warm fanta, munchie box was discusting full and I mean full of reheated grease soaked chips chicken bites wernt salt and pepper just plain, I have been ordering from here for years but afraid last night will be my last, have the owners changed ???

This place is legendary. The quality you get for the price you pay from a takeaway is out of this world. I order from here at least 2 times a week. I would go as far as saying this is THE BEST Chinese takeaway i've had in my 8 years in the UK. 5/5

The food here is usually very good and reasonably priced. They also throw in some freebies for orders over certain amounts. Only 4 stars because they keep overcooking the prawn & sesame toast. Call them direct rather than paying Just Eat's extra fees.
