horrible customer service! was told about a customer that was looking to book Arta and had to pay deposit. this customer was waiting for the deposit link to be sent to them but after a week of getting in contact and booking the link had not been sent. they then proceeded to phone up Arta and ask for the link. the link was then sent to the customer (late on Artas part). the customer payed the deposit and then it was time to pay fully. they had to phone Arta once again to get them to send the final link so that they could book. Arta then said on the phone that because the deposit was booked late they cancelled the whole booking!!!! they were the ones who sent it late o. the first place !!! terrible. blaming customers and cancelling their bookings for the managements fault? get this fixed.

Very disappointing experience for my nieces hen party. Pre booked venue with large deposit paid in advance for cocktails on arrival at 7pm which did not arrive until 8pm. Poor customer service and cocktails definitely not worth the money

Had my 30th in Arta at the weekend and couldn’t recommend the place and staff highly enough. The events staff when booking were friendly, responsive on email and very progressional. On the night the manager helped out with a small sound issue and his colleagues behind the bar were brilliant.Loads of attendees said the venue was perfect and I thought the same. Looks really modern and plenty of space and rooms to choose from. Thanks all and I will be back.

Had a private dining event here last month in the Commodore room, it was lovely and overall staff were helpful especially the event team in answering questions beforehand. The food (chosen from a set menu 2 weeks prior), was not the best, very bland. The kids meal was very disappointing, the garlic bread and mozzarella was basically just cut up bread with garlic sprinkled over, no cheese also I had to ask where it was. The pizza was like a frozen supermarket one and burnt again being the last to be served. The desserts overall were nice. The glass of cava on arrival was also forgotten about until I mentioned it mid meal which was them promptly brought out over dessert. A seating section was made available for a short time downstairs after the finish time which was good.

Love Arta, I take salsa classes there. It's beautiful inside.

Cabaret night was fantastic. Something a bit different. Couple of the acts needed some practice but it was still a fab night. Drag queen was great as was the female singer

Had booked Arta for my work's Christmas lunch. Due to current guidelines and the rapid spread of Omicron we asked to postpone. Arta won't honour our booking. As an organisation we understand it's a tough time for hospitality which is why we didn't ask for our money back, just for Arta to keep the money and honour our booking in the new year. I work for a small charity and Arta have done us out of several hundred pounds. We also gave them more than 48 hours notice. The horseshoe bar, who offer much cheaper food and drink have refunded cancelled bookings. With that in mind, Arta can shove their cancellation policy where the sun doesn't shine. Would not recommend

My son and daughter in law had their wedding reception on the 14th of October. From the minute we arrived the staff looked after us. All the feedback from family and friends has been positive. Everyone had a fantastic time. Arta is a beautiful venue and I highly recommend it.

"This is Sparta!"Yes, if you're into excessive indulgence in pleasure or luxury then this Roman themed club/bar/eatery is it. The place is like a labyrinth, each room themed slightly differently to suit your mood. The furnishings, materials and colours used transport you to a different time and place, where you can indulge your imagination about being a hedonistic Roman citizen.Only fly in the ointment the wash basins in the ladies toilets are too high to wash your hands comfortably.

I got married at Arta and it was the best decision ever! The venue itself is stunning. Very rustic and warm Spanish setting and gives a feeling of being on holiday. The staff were all amazing. They bent over backwards to accommodate everything.Rachel Grant, Sonny, Shona and all the staff did such an incredible job.We went for the Tapas menu and the quality was outstanding. All my guests were blown away by how amazing the food and venue was.We also used DJ Steve, through Arta. He's a brilliant DJ.I gave him a list of music which he played and he very kindly hosted a quiz for me.He knew exactly what music worked for the guests and kept everyone on the dance floor.Highly recommend the petal drop.Overall both my wife and I, as well as all my guests had an incredible experience and couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding.Thank you so much for everythingKav & Shani
