Just amazing. For anyone that loves seafood, you have not really enjoyed seafood until you have visited Gamba. Perfectionist and kitchen artist Derek Marshal and his very hospitable staff offer a restaurant I will always go to whenever I’m in Glasgow. Absolutely fantastic!

Gamba is absolutely fabulous place with sea food in Glasgow. Food is out of this world, good range of dishes, friendly gluten, dairy and lactose free menu. The food was awesome!! No doubt about the food. Also I love the dining atmosphere, feels like under the water and literally the restoran is underground.However I do really really wish, with that such of price for this restaurant, that the staffs or the waitress will be more gentle to the customers. There are lots of the services I wish to be more polite, such as not rushing us to take the order or rushing us to finish our food by taking our plate before asking if we finish or not. Also some waitress having attitude when being ask over some requests.Overall fine dining is not only about the food but also the ambience and the feeling.Perhaps this restaurant only suit for small group not for large group.

A must go to Seafood Restaurant in Glasgow city centre. Food was amazing, very very tasty and melted in the mouth. Fantastic menu. Staff very friendly, professional and attentive from the minute you walk in until you leave. Beautifully decorated too. Remember to buy their cookbook signed by their amazing chef. Highly recommended for a celebration of seafood culinary excellence. Thank you to all the staff and the chef for making our 33rd anniversary meal a very special one to remember. We will be back.

Exceptional seafood in the center of Glasgow. The seafood soup was delicious, thickened with crab meat (no gluten!) and the grilled fish was beyond crispy and fresh. Highly recommend the Gamba fries.
