Staff are ultra friendly. Food is superb. Atmosphere can be hectic or relaxing for a break in between tabke/ gameplay. Lovely lounge area at the bar to chill and chat.

loved the karaoke but the songs catalogue is not big at all

Tables overpriced for groups that like to chip in some money for some fun. Regardless wither winning or losing.£10 outside bets on roulette and £5 per hand blackjack took away the fun for some of the group.Wasn't helped by the girl at the bar who just seemed to moan all night. Staff and customers alike.She needs a new job preferably not with the public.

Door staff not as friendly as other casinos in city so decided not to bother going in. Grosvenor Casino is much nicer and more welcoming.

hi we were up at the Glasgow Genting Casino on Thursday 18th November we had such a lovely day Shawn the manager could not have done anymore for us went out off his way to help us there was 7 of us and none of us new what we were doing all in our seventy,s we had a meal in the restaurant the staff could not be anymore helpful and Shaun got us a discount on our bill the casino is spotless toilets are very clean and all staff are so polite and friendly the minute you come in the door the restaurant is worth a try lovely food Liz Brines

Racist restaurant workers!! I asked for dumplings and they said they don’t do them gave us a cheap looking noodle! But served the Chinese customers next table with dumplings and completely different menu!!

my 84 year old mum who can spend hundreds weekly in your casino isn't allowed to park in your car park any more. instead she has to park round the side streets. She is disabled but has to walk over 100 yards to the car which can be full with students etc in the pubs next door. in the evenings. yet you would let her do that. If it were me I would tell you where to stick your managers!

Good. Very crowded streets. Parking free at Casino but car park was hard to locate. Reception Staff helpful. We were waiting for drinks and asked many times but no one came so had to leave as service was not good
