IT HAS RATS!!!!!! I order online and went to the store to collect. Super dirty place, be aware I swear I've seen a rat inside the store! Before you ordering from uber or so please go visit the store and you will know what I am talking about.

I haven’t got my food yet as I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and it’s already 1.40 hours late than the estimated delivery time. They are not answering the number they’ve given here. If you can’t deliver on time please don’t accept the order. Worst service ever experienced.

Pure shady! Ordered on Uber, waited over an hour and still no update on the food. I called the restaurant and the owner said they were busy and my postcode was next (in 5 minutes). 30 minutes later still no movement. I called 3 times and no answer. Terrible service. I want a refund not your ridiculous apologies. I can report you to police for fraud!

No sign of order or update from restaurant an hour after the estimated delivery time. No answer on either of the phone numbers provided or on Facebook. I can understand a delay but not even getting in touch or answering your phone is awful. I'll be wanting a full refund - at minimum.

As others I did the too good to go app for 12 pounders worth of food and the portion was childlike in small tiny half lunchbox plastic and a small burger container with some chips and left over piece of garlic bread. Would hate to have paid full price for that.

Still waiting on my order was told it was going to be delivered by 12.45 tried calling the shop no answer not looking good folks. Need to use somewhere else next time. Don't bother using grillicious folks.......

Ordered food from here through Uber eats, never received my order and have been charged. Restaurant claims that driver tried to contact me multiple times, not a single phone call nor did they buzz my flat at all. Also tried to phone the restaurant multiple times however just rang out every time. Would not recommend.
