Kfc in Glasgow City

Never get order right... Cold food and don't care about allergys

Lovely place, to avoid the long queue, you could place an in store order and wait for it to be ready.

Service was a bit slow...guess due to the many orders. Food was ok and the environment is okayish. Not too bad.

Just same as your local mcdees only more pricey. We got a family meal deal was just ok..I mind KFC was minted n u got the wipes with your meal 40yr ago. Not the same these days tbh

Not bad, they are fast enough, but the last few visits they have been lacking in certain items e.g. salt on one occasion, spoons on another. Unlike other branches, this one has always gotten my order correct first time.

My friend was waiting for the kiosk to order so i decided to go to the toilet and wash my hands. A staff rudely yelled me to stop, saying that this isn't a public toilet, and I must present a receipt to use the toilets, even after explaining the situation. Absolutely atrocious. Decided to leave without ordering.

My mom struggles to walk up stairs and politely asked to get the downstairs toilet open as everyone else before was going into it, A boy called Kyle that works there was very cheeky and said no you have to go upstairs to her. We then asked a different lady that works there if she could kindly open it and she did, she then also did it for a man after us. Very rude that this boy Kyle was so rude. It’s not a good customer service sorry. Very disappointed, other than that others were very lovely

The waiting time for fast food at this venue in a busy city is rather off putting since that is when there is no queue. Seems as if there is a lack of staff behind the till. The chicken itself tasted dry reheated and unlike other KFC locations I have been to that hit the correct mark every time. The 3 stars for this KFC os for the lady that worked thw seating area floor. Working hard and genuinely polite who takes that few seconds to say hello, goodbye or help yoh out if needed.

Tried the new wings bucket and it was amazing! Great quality chicken cooked to perfection making skin so crisp and flakey but on the inside full of juice the queue was fairly quick and there were plenty of seats to chose from especially considering it has recently been done up definetly the best kfc in the city center!!!

Not their cleanest branch but a good wholesome eaterie. The staff are friendly enough and there is plenty of room inside to sit down. Not the most convenient way to order food but acceptable. One can never really go wrong with the food, but a little cleanliness and pride in the workplace would go such a long way in this branch.
