Las Iguanas in Glasgow City

I've been here a few times; the service and place are great. Unfortunately, the last time I had grilled chicken salad, I found two pieces of bonus when I was eating it; they were very polite and respectfully refunded all my bills, but I had toothache for few days.

Ordered Takeaway in advance. Arrived cold, soggy, and unsubstantial.Photo was my £10 curry with only 5 small pieces of chicken and extremely watery (teaspoon is resting on the bottom of the package). Chilli fries are extremely soggy. Burrito was surprisingly small. Would recommend literally any other South American place for hearty and authentic food.

Great food, great cocktails and great friendly service! Plenty of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available as well!

Service was very slow. Other than that food is good and so are the cocktails.

This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly and service is quick. The food is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the Dominican Goat curry which is so tender and packed full of flavour. I will definitely be back.

Only decent thing here was the drinks and the service. Everything out of a packet/microwave and priced as though real chefs prepared it. Shame with fresh food the pricing would have been just about acceptable. Looked like there were a few of the coupon brigade eating here.

Great food. Good selection of items. A little pricey for the size/quality for a couple of the dishes. Good atmosphere and very friendly staff.The alcohol selection is great with lots of options for non alcoholics as well.Overall a great place to visit.

Absolutely clever menu that highlights Latin and Caribbean flavours without being too crazy. Who said we can't stand united?? The food served here shows one that we all can thrive together. This restaurant reminds you of being at a local food joint conveniently placed on the way to beach where all the staff knows you by name. You won't get the feeling you're in Glasgow when dining here. Try their Caipirinha and have a Vivo: Blazing Chicken (a half portion can actually serve two).

Food was sublime! And so many cocktails! Met a lovely waitress and every recommendation she made was awesome! Will definitely be going back. Wish I could remember her name was something like Sun or Star or Sky, something like that. I hope she serves me again so I can find out her name as I will try everything she recommends

Very attentive waitress Faye, she made sure we got everything and really enjoyed our dinner. Would recommend the tapas selection. Although it was more than enough food for 2 people
