Took my mother in law there for mother's day lunch today. Booked in advance, told them she was in a wheelchair. The venue was perfect for disability , food was lovely and the staff were so helpful and accommodating to her needs . It was our first outing with her from her care home since restricted and they made it very easy. Thank you

Used to love sitting here, but today was such a disappointment went a long walk there for lunch and drinks, beer was warm, food was was late and cheap oven food. Macaroni and pizza were not edible, watery cheese and the pizza was so small I thought it was a kids one. So disappointed as we spent alot there as well as it isn't cheap either. So expensive please save your money and go else where. Also to top it off I got a glass of wine with dirty pink lipstick round the edge and took it to the bar staff and they actually said oh do you want us to change it, as if it was OK to have someone elses dirt on a glass of fresh wine and we were being picky.

Dropped in with 2 friends after being out for lunch round the corner just decided to see what it was like as we heard it had been refurbished.Bar and eating looked really good, nice and open. Toilets were lovely and clean.Bar staff were very nice and friendly, we stayed for 3 drinks.Would definitely go back and maybe have lunch next time.

Good service and food plus I could take my dog indoors

Lovell staff, lovely food, nice atmosphere. The manager went out his way to ensure the people I was with had the best experience.

It was my first time in here & I found it had a nice friendly atmosphere, it was lovely & warm as the log burner was on. Lot's of people were having meals which looked rather tasty, so we will sample something next time.

This used to be a be a great bar with honest fair. Now it's soleless, beige and low low quality. Scampi was poor. Nachos looked like they were made by a 4 year old. Sausage and mash was like eating cardboard potatoes with a lump of sweet onion jam dumped ontop. I think the mash was made from a packet. The cheapest of produce delivered with no pride or imagination. I guess the menu and prices reflect that exactly. Friendly staff and nice beer. Freezing toilets and even worse music selection. I cannot recommend this place.

Stopped here a few times when out cycling for a pit stop. Lovely location next to the canal with canal side seating. Warm friendly atmosphere, friendly staff, good service and good food. Could sit here all day!! A favourite when out on the bike!

Great food, nice location, friendly staff. I had the chicken pie and it was spot on, my pal had the bangers and mash and it was good too. Not too expensive, £10 for the pie and £8 for the bangers and mash. Staff were nice. Plenty of outdoor seating, including covered seats, next to the canal.

Really lovely staff, really lovely atmosphere, really great spot beside the canal! Only downside was that their vegan hotdog was like rubber. Chips were amazing though!!
