MacDonners in Glasgow City

wost pizza and customer service ever. I really is very rare that I cant even eat something as it was so bad but this hit that bill. Unreal would of been nicer with £1 frozen out of farm food. That is probs where they got it from. Never again will i use this place so bad that i had to write a review to save people making the same mistake as I. God it was bad. In the bin now.

Placed an order for delivery. 12" spicy mince and veg(green chillies, green peppers, sweetcorn, onions and tomatoes.1 large donner kebab, salad sauce separate, without pita bread.1 veg Biryani1 naanI got a 12" Pizza, with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes,sweetcorn and green peppers.Its was cut as if a 'teenager is learning how to cut pizzas'!You had to search on the pizza to see the spicy mince, it had no taste.Wen i called the takeaway. I was left holding on for 15mins and then was told by another staff member that, the guy who made the order is away out he will give u a call once back. I got the call back. Spoke to a staff member whom i had to tell the whole thing to again said, " i will send you a free pizza with the toppings that you had ordered. I said ok. So aft 40 mins i got a call from there staff member who said we have a delivery for you" the guy will be there with you in a short time, and keep the other pizza packed so we can take it back. I said i dont have the other pizza! The kids were really hungry and could not wait and ate the pizza. I only have 3 slices here. The guy goes ok the delivery will come only if you pay for delivery? I asked " how much is the delivery charge? I was told £5.00.Oh yeh i was to get free salad aswell!So i said " just leave the pizza" i don't want it and you keep the pizza. You guys are very clever.I was shown that a customers complaints or problems mean nothing to the staff of Macdonners.....I have been Ordering from Macdonners for over 14 yrs now.When ever a chef changes i can tell right away from the taste of the food.I have never gone to any other takeaway apart from uncle Omer's.I was disappointed with the way your workers handle customers.The guy at the front is so rude to customers over phone calls its unbelievable.I did not expect this typeof service from uncle Omers takeaway..

When ordering online for the collection (twenty minutes later), you still have to wait half an hour for your food to be ready! And every time they say with an excuse that we are busy (rude) .. I decided not to order food anymore, maybe they corrected themselves

Place an order after 35 min call and ask if delivery late then i will come and pick my order guy said its 30 min only call after 1 hour guy said driver is already out for deliveries include your order after 35 min again call guy said ok he will call driver and check finally got my order nearly 2 and half an hour cold pizzaNever order again

great food . Is much better and cheaper that mcdonalds . Is always amazing and warm . The people there are always kind .

Poor quality of food, poor customer service, poor hygiene,I ordered chicken tikka, chips and kebab, biggest regret I made that day.I made the order over the phone an hour after opening (so it was not on a peak day/time) and I was told that food would be ready within 15-30 minutes.After 45 minutes , still no food had arrived so I decided to call,The person on the phone advised it would be another 30minutes and is the process of being made, so I asked if could come in where the person in the phone hang up on me,So I decided to go in as I didn’t live too far from the Anderson/finnenston branch,the young man (asian, black hair, slight broken nose) who works there at the front has no customer service skills or respect, he is aggressive and rude, he refused to answer myself then started being rude as I came to pick the food up and then proceeded to go around the corner for smoke before eventually barging his way back in.I eventually got my food an hour late(smelling quite funny) and i found a hair in my food and I felt sick immediately after eating it.I have ate all over Glasgow and the food has been great in most other takeouts, I would never eat at this place again, I would not recommend this at all, one the worst experience ever.How they have passed health and safety and are still operating is another matter.

I was Super missing Spicy mince pizza, so we phoned in our 'Pick up' order. I've never liked ordering on apps so to be able to phone in and talk to an actual person was perfect. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but the guy helped me make the most of my budget and I was given an accurate pick up time too. They kept to the social distancing rules and the Spicy mince pizza was awesome!

absaloutley disgusting..... chips not cooked.... large wings was 5 small dry wings.... salad was brown.... the delivery took 1 h 27 mins.... rung up to rude staff!! avoid the kebab at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the tastiest pizzas I've ever had in my life, wow!! It looked amazing as well. Wish I lived in Glasgow just so I could make it my weekly treat. Thanks MacDonners! :-)
